10 out of 10 - Best tour guide.. would highly recommend.. very friendly and professional! Local guy knew good spots. Covered many places in a short time period. Thanks for accomodating on a very short notice. Will use him again when back in Sri Lanka!

Responsible - We take two days tour with Neel. One in Negombo one in Colombo Neel was so flexible when we was changed our mind what we want to see and do.
