Great Experience! Great Pilot! - The crew quickly set up the ballon and took group pictures just before we lifted off. The pilot, Jacob, did an outstanding job navigating and making sure everyone got see the wonderful mountain views. We saw more wildlife on the balloon ride than anything else we’ve ever done.

Rainbows 🌈 and sunrise 🌅 ✨️ float - I visited Colorado Springs to celebrate my 60th birthday 🎂! I enjoyed having the birds eye view of the beautiful nature. It was very seren and exciting 😀. The sunrise take off was my favorite time. The staff was hospitable and genuinely kind.

Peaceful! - What an amazing and peaceful experience! We were a little nervous doing this but this company and it's crew made everything so easy and effortless. We would recommend this to anyone who is able to stand for a few hours. Incredible experience....

Floating over my town - First time in a balloon. It was fascinating to see my town from a few thousand feet about it. Jon did a great job explaining what we were doing and seeing. Best part was our granddaughter seeing us fly near her house

An Unforgettable Father’s Day Experience with Rainbow Ryders - We used Rainbow Ryders for a hot air balloon ride in Colorado Springs on Father’s Day 2024. It was myself, my wife, and our two daughters (ages 14 and 12). The location was convenient, and our pilot, Jon Thompson, was very experienced. He got everyone in the right mindset to enjoy the flight, provided lots of information on the process, and ensured a smooth flight and landing. We even had champagne at the end of the flight. Highly recommended— their flight crew was knowledgeable and helped take pictures while on the ground.

Horrible! - The most memorable part was my kids crying in the parking lot when our tour never arrived. I spent $700 for an event that never happened with zero contact from Rainbow Ryders. Very disappointing!
