Paradise Island - Amazing Trip! Very punctual hotel pick up and drop off. The tour guide spoke very well English (and he was very funny too!!!), Very safe, they minded our stuff while we went exploring. The water was great, we really recommend the Tiroleza. We wished we had spend more time at Morro de São Paulo and if we ever come back, we would definitely book this trip again!

Morro de São Paulo - We visited Morro de São Paulo with LCR Brisa, who led and guided us so that we could have this wonderful experience. Due to the planning of all logistics by the company, I was pleased to have all the guidance and details of the route given to us. by our guide Beto in advance. Beto was always attentive, he led our group with lots of local information. The beaches are beautiful with very clean and calm waters (in some of them). I was surprised by the local charm and infrastructure. I would come back more often if I could. Our point of support was the Sambass restaurant and the attendant Tatiana was very attentive and friendly. Anyway, we loved it and recommend the tour.

I loved the team - It's a beautiful but very tiring walk, for me it was worth it, but the stretches are long. 4 hours there and 4 hours back

Incredible - El Morro is incredible, the trip is very long to go and return in the day, it is exhausting, but it is worth knowing it.

Good but could be better - Great experience but it didn't help that the tour company informed me a night before they didn't have English translator which can be a massive inconvenience especially if it's already planned as part of the vacation. Also I think it's better to stay there one night, especially with the 4..5hr journey there and back you don't get the full experience of the island

A Nightmare Experience with Viator and Your Tour Brazil - Never Again! - I was eagerly anticipating to participate on the tour booked through Viator (Finally operated by thee Agency Your Tour Brazil) only to be ill the night the night before. For my better wellbeing and in order not to disturb the experience of other I decided to not participate in the tour (that started at 5 AM and I was recovering at until at least 11 AM of the same day). Despite my desperate attempts to seek understanding and a refund, I was met with cold, heartless responses from both companies. Despite providing detailed information about my illness, including the fact that I had to take medication and could not attend the tour for fear of endangering others, both Viator and Your Tour Brazil callously refused to issue a refund. According to them, in this condition I should have participated on the tour and made the experience of other terrible by having the transport van stop every 1h to go to the loo or vomit than to do what i did, decide to stay at home. It's appalling that they prioritize profit over basic human decency and customer well-being. Their refusal to acknowledge the severity of my situation and the potential consequences of attending the tour while ill is beyond comprehension. It's clear that their policies are designed to benefit only themselves, with no regard for the well-being of their customers. My advice to anyone considering booking with Viator or Your Tour Brazil to think twice. Their lack of empathy, compassion, and understanding is utterly deplorable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs. They are not worth the headache. Knowing what i know now, my advice is do first a walking tour and speak with some tour agencies locally, you will get better prices and more compassion and understanding and you can have abetter feel of the offers they have. Viator and Your Tour Brazil should be ashamed of themselves for their despicable behavior. I will never trust them with my travel plans again.
