Great service - Very punctual. Great service. The vans are comfortable, and the trip was excellent. Highly recommended. Wi Fi service is an excellent idea.

Reliable, friendly drivers and good shuttle coordination - I took a shuttle from San Jose to La Fortuna and Puerto Viejo to San Jose. I was sceptical about using MPB as I couldn't find a contact number for them online and there weren't many reviews on them however all the positive reviews about MPB are true! The organisation of the shuttle is excellent. They put you in a WhatsApp group one hour before they pick you up and they arrive early to pick you up. The shuttle also picks you up if you are the only traveller that booked which is a service most other shuttles in Costa Rica do not offer. The drivers are well-versed in driving and locating places and they provide you with water and a pillow during your ride. The AC also works (a little too) well - there were times I felt really cold in the van but I was in CR during the rainy season which meant it was cooler than the dry season. The pink colour of the van is distinct and the interior and exterior are both pretty. I found that they are one of the cheaper shuttle services in Costa Rica and they are very reliable. What could be improved: - The wifi isn't reliable (but this wasn't a big deal nor was it surprising) - I wish they had more routes - I wanted to book a shuttle with them from La Fortuna to Puerto Viejo but at this time of writing, they do not offer this route. - I wish they had a card machine to accept tips - my drivers Ronnie and Eduardo (I'm unsure of the latter person's name) were absolutely lovely and made good conversation without being overly annoying. I wanted to tip them both but unfortunately, I did not have any cash on me. Overall I would 100% use this shuttle service again. Everything about MPB is pretty much perfect.

A great ride! - This was a great ride! The scenery was fantastic and wow...the roads are fun, especially when you're the passenger (I'm not from Costa Rica...lol). The driver was perfectly on time and very friendly. The bus was very comfortable and they sent a group WhatsApp chat to confirm pickup details (1.5 hours before my pickup time). Some in the group responded with questions and they answered right away. Nice job "MyPinkBus"!

Best la fortuna transfer - Clean, efficient, comfortable, spacious, punctual, speedy. Helpful driver. Could not ask for better. Better bus than everyone else i saw.

Impressive Road - It was my first time to take the shuttle, but quick replies to my questions made me feel easy. The road was winding and rough, so I felt a little sick, however the view was so nice and interesting. The driver was very kind.

Great service! Recommended :) - Very punctual. We arrived at La Fortuna ahead of schedule! We were received with a welcoming water bottle and a comfy pillow. Great service and polite driver. Communication from day 1 was quick and efficient through WhatsApp. The van is comfortable with seatbelts and good temperature (not too hot or cold). My only complaint is that the driver was a little too fast and sharp on the turns. Could be improved!

Bad luck maybe - Driver was great, company was very communicative which was fabulous! But…..the bus had no air and was full. After the first hour it was like a sauna

Safety - Made me nervous that the driver was on his phone during the first part of the drive. Safety concerns during the 3 hour ride especially at the windy roads.
