Low-key and informative way to wander in Como - Natalia was lovely and personable and shared some great insight and history for Como. She took us to some places we never would have discovered, and it was two hours well spent. The ONE thing we would recommend is that you get clarification from the tour operator as to the meeting spot. It said Piazza Cavour, so we stood and waited and looked around and lots of other tours were gathering. Finally crossed over behind bushes across the street to a bus stop, still didn't see anyone, except people waiting for the bus. She had been waiting by one of the bus stops, under the overhang of the building - behind the bushes and across the street - not in the plaza - which is quite large and has buildings and businesses on three sides. This is not her fault at all - the tour operator should be more specific.
