Great Day Tour Lake Como and Surrounding Areas - This was a wonderful tour! While I will say there was some confusion on our part on what to expect, we walked alway completely satisfied that we had gotten our moneys worth! The tour began with a beautiful ferry across Lake Como to Bellagio while our tour guide, Laura, pointed out significant landmarks/homes/villas visible from the lake. Then we had time to eat and explore the city of Bellagio before boarding another quick ferry to cross the lake. Finally we boarded a private charter bus to visit Lugano, Switzerland. Again, we had time to explore (and eat chocolate) with guidance/recommendations from our guide. Ended the day with another private transfer to Como! All in all a very full but wonderful day!

Boat trip - All trip from the start to finish was absolutely amazing. Adriano entertain us, we have had the best time. Can recommend it to everyone without the doubt.

The perfect way to visit Como/Lugano/Belagio - Our guide was super nice and knowledgeable! Gave us great suggestions about where to go and what to try at each place we visited. Really made sure we had a good time and took a lot of pride in his work. Highly recommend the tour. Bus & boat ride were clean and very enjoyable.

Nice trip but poor communication through company - This tour was pretty good but some things definitely could be improved upon. First, the meeting point listed on the website was a hotel but when we showed up nobody was there. We had to call the tour and figure out where to find our guide and he ended up being across at a different location near the water. However our guide was very nice and helpful throughout the trip. Next, the itinerary advertised on the website was different than what we did. The order was mixed up and confusing to understand. Our guide explained it better when we showed up. When we finally got on our boat (which arrived 30 minutes late), we had an amazing boat ride to Bellagio. The boat ride was the highlight of this excursion. The rest of the time was in Bellagio and Lago Lugano where you have free time to walk around without a guided tour. Overall it was a nice experience but the communication could definitely be improved upon in the future.

Very rushed. - Didn’t get enough time in any place. There was not enough seats on the boat. We were with another group. Didn’t get to see the villas if you were on the wrong side of the boat.

Tremendous mistake...!!! - Terror, nowhere did it say that we had to bring passports and we couldn't complete the excursion. Such an amount of money and we could not complete the Trip. We were on time for the tour but our hotel was 1 hour away. I request the refund

I-m not book never more with tripadvizor - Last moment I reseived messege from the tripasviser ,that canceled my tour,this is not corect.I'v been to Como for 3 days,and I codnt find onother tour,beacouse was last minet.I was upset.

Tour Guide was a No Show - The tour guide didn’t show up. There were 6 people waiting at the pick up point and this tour guide never showed up. We did not receive any email or text notification saying it was canceled.

NOTHING BUT REGRETS - Honestly if i could redo my trip I would not take this tour. I want to start off by saying our tour guide was a really really nice guy and was funny, personable, understanding, and helpful. He gave great recommendations. Me and my husband also really loved the Lugano part of the tour, as it was beautiful and we learned some interesting things. The reasons why I would not recommend to a friend and gave it a one star is because I felt most of the time we were doing things on our own (which is a small bonus, but most of the “tour” was just me and my husband wandering around and we could have done that for muchhhhhh cheaper). There was no tour of como and the “boat cruise” was the public ferry. Here is how our trip went (not as described in the tour description): 1. Bus to Lugano, got a 10 minute walking tour of Lugano and then got some recommendations where to go on our own if we wanted. Then we got about 2 hours to walk around and do our own thing. 2. We bussed to the ferry (that was the last time we used the bus) and then went to Bellagio over public ferry. Once we got to Bellagio, our tour guid told us some recommendations where to go and then we had 3 hours to walk around and do our own thing. Didn’t learn much about Bellagio other than some basic fun facts. Lunch is not included (which they did say it wasn’t included, but for the price of this tour, it wasn’t included). 3. From Bellagio (on our way to como), we took an hour long public ferry ride back to como. As soon as we got to como they said goodbye and we parted ways. Absolutely no como tour like we were promised. It was extremely lacking. We were disappointed about the no como tour. The lack of structure. The crappy boat ride we thought was going to be much better. It was literally the public ferry. We could have just took the ferry from Bellagio back to Tremezzo where we were staying (15 mins ferry ride away only) and save time because as soon as we got to como (thinking there was more tour) the tour ended and we had to get right back on the ferry (paid $30 for it for 2 people) to just go back to basically right where we just came from. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. DO NOT DO IT! Go to Lugano on your own or try and find a better tour. Lugano and Bellagio are worth it, but not this tour. So disappointed. And a huge waster of money.
