A wonderful wine tasting in the heart of Como - We had an amazing afternoon at the wine tasting, with a lovely selection of meat and cheese (veggie option available also) to compliment the wines. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and super attentive. We ended up staying and buying another glass because it was so good! A must if you are a wine lover staying in Como.

Great wine and cheese tasting. - This was an awesome experience. The hosts were extremely knowledgeable about wine. We learned so much about wines and wine and food pairing. Our tasting included 4 glasses of wine with cheese, meats and grapes. Highly recommend! So fun too!

Great Experience - We had a really good time, the lady who served us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The wine selection of really nice along with the meat and cheese that was paired. We had a great evening and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A fantastic experience in Como! - Wonderful experience! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and so accommodating. The winery is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We met another lovely family during the tasting and all had a fantastic time together. The wine was delicious and the nibbles were delicious! Would really recommend.

Highly Recommend! - We absolutely loved our experience with Capitan Drake. The wine shop was beautiful and in the heart of downtown Como. We could tell that Capitan Drake truly cares about making the experience excellent for everyone in attendance. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about the wine, and the selections he picked for us were amazing. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Wine tasting. - Riccardo was great - an excellent host with a wealth of knowledge who generously answered our group’s questions. We walked away learning many new things and having had a lovely time. Highly recommend! Superb wine and awesome service. Thank you so much for making our experience so wonderful!

Nice wines but a little awkward - We enjoyed the wines and learning about some new regions. My husband and I were seated with another group that had 6 people. Their tasting included several more wines that ours even though I never had an option to select additional wines. So it was a bit awkward for everyone when we didn’t get served what others at the table were but still had to listen about those wines. I would recommend that the operator serve everyone at the table the same wines.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY - Showed up at the designated meeting place listed on the website on time and no one showed up. Even waited an Additional 15mins in 90° weather and nothing. Never got to experience the tasting and I’m being refused a refund. A waste of $287 for sure!!!
