• Pizzium - Como - Experience the craft of Neapolitan pizza at a Travellers’ Choice pizzeria in Como (2022 & 2023). Under the guidance of a master pizza maker, participants will learn the ideal proportions, kneading methods, and rising times to achieve the perfect Neapolitan crust.

In intimate groups, participants will create their dough and master the traditional “staglio” technique to shape their own “panetti.”

Before diving into pizza-making, enjoy a bruschetta prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

Next, with the chef’s guidance, roll out and top a Margherita pizza with fresh ingredients. Add preferred toppings for a personalized touch!

Lactose intolerant and vegan guests are welcome, though gluten-free options are not available.

As the pizza bakes in a wood-fired oven, enjoy the aroma of San Marzano tomatoes and basil. Once cooked, savor the pizza with a glass of red wine or Italian craft beer. The experience concludes with a limoncello toast in a warm atmosphere. Additionally, participants will receive the recipe to impress friends and family back home!
