• Villa Le Fontanelle - We sail past Villa Le Fontanelle, once the residence of Gianni Versace. This yellow-painted, four-story neoclassical villa was built in the early 19th century by the eccentric Englishman Lord Charles Currie, who fell in love with Lake Como and decided to build his own villa on the water’s edge. It was later owned by Antonio Besana, a friend of composer Giuseppe Verdi.

• Cernobbio - We sail past Villa Pizzo, Villa D’Este, and Villa Erba.

• Villa Olmo - We sail past Villa Olmo, an 18th-century villa that stands as one of Como’s most iconic historic homes. Surrounded by a vast Italian garden, it is part of the coastal path connecting the lakeside villas from Borgovico to Villa d’Este in Cernobbio since the 19th century.
