Magical day trip from Como! - Fantastic day trip! Como-Bellagio-Lugano by bus and boat with lots of free time to explore yourself. Our guide Sara was exceptional!

Spectacular! - Very nice experience, the views on Lake Como were spectacular. The boat trip across the lake was very relaxing and the villas that can be seen were very beautiful. Bellagio and Lugano are also very beautiful, although I would have liked at least an additional hour in each place.

Good overall experience - The locations of this tour were great. It was a great way to experience the Lake Como area. The transports (pick up and drop offs did not work smoothly at all. The bus was late picking up, and we had to replan trip around 2 persons who had to go back to Milan for their passports. The trip was overbooked which caused us to have to take a separate bus- without a tour guide-and meet up with main group- even though our tour was booked months in advance. The headsets for the tour did not work, so we had no information at all from the tour guide. Those who were hoping to gain knowledge of history and landmarks would be disppointed - the tour really shouldn’t be advertised as an informative one. With that said-it was a great way to take in the overall Lake Como Lake experience.

Unfortunate experience - Meeting spot was not easy to find, walking tour of Como was short & mostly "on your own". There was a traffic problem for the bus heading to Bellagio boat tour. The company scrambled to get us over to Bellagio on alternate boat but time there was cut short. Bus to Lugano was ok but once we got there, again due to the traffic problem time was cut very short and 4 of us who joined the tour in Como were given train tickets to get back to Como and the bus headed back to Milan. Tour guide was good, informative and fun.

Mistakes during bellagio and lugano trip - parts of the trip were great and corresponded to why we wanted to do this trip. Unfortunately, the trip started 90 minutes late with no communication. We were about to leave the meeting point but were with someone else who received communication. We were told we would be dropped off by ferry boats in Como, but instead took a train back which meant we had to walk back to the ferry terminal after a long time. Very disappointed.

NOT WHAT I PAID FOR - Don’t do this trip IF you have medical issues. NO Boat back into Como as stated on our ticket. On coach 8 of us were informed we would be coming back by TRAIN from Switzerland. Sounded ok but it was a disaster. Dropped off in Lugano city Square. The station pointed out to us & tickets airdropped to phones. Tour guide left in coach back to Milan. Station was up a BIG HILL we struggled in the heat. My Heart condition & friend 2 new hips. Missed a train as signs misleading, every hour direct train back to Como Italy not 30mins as told. From 10am till 9pm travelling

Take it or leave it. Mostly leave it. - This’ll be the third time I have tried to review our Lake Como tour. There were only six of us in our group so we were combined with another tour. It went downhill from there. No audio, no water and worst of all the itinerary was reversed. The guide/meeting place were 30 minutes late. We wasted an hour touring downtown Como which took time away from the rest of the tour. We were allowed one hour in Bellagio for shopping, sightseeing and lunch. Ugh! Then we took the northern route to Lugano and were given train tickets back to Como because the rest of the tour was going to Milan. Needless to say, we left Lugano without seeing anything and left on the 5:07 train. I think a refund is in order.

Fake - Como city walk was not in the program Not interesting To Long driving 1 1/2 hour in a to Big bus That ment a stay for only 50 min in Bellagio ! Then 1 time sailing around Back in the bus to Lugano stay 1 hour We Were promised to arrive with a ferry at Como. In stead of that we Got trains ticket No water during a day Most of the day went with delay an driving in a bus

Watch out for Tour Substitutions - The tour that was described in Tripadvisor advert which I purchased (along with 7 other travellers) was NOT at all like the one being run that day. For whatever reason, the 9 of us were tagged onto a somewhat similar tour starting from Milan and stopping at Como for 75 mins for a walking tour. Then came a lengthy coach ride to beyond Tremezzo before a short lake crossing to Bellagio. So, instead of leaving Como at 09:30am we eventually left at 11am having wasted 75 minutes waiting for (for us) an unnecessary walking tour to be completed Instead of a 2 hour cruise from Como to Bellagio we had a 90 minute tortuous bus ride through narrow village streets to Tremezzo before a short Lake crossing to Bellagio Having been told that the coach would not be able to return us to Como - complementary train tickets would be handed out at the final stop Lugano -I assumed the coach was to return to Milan from where it started out?? If 9 is too small a number, you should cancel and refund NOT paste together something Terrible at the last minute My wife and I bailed out at Bellagio and took a 2 hour cruise back to Como to enjoy the evening sunshine setting over beautiful Lake Como

Tour Gone Wrong - This was a potentially lovely tour that went terribly wrong. First, we were picked up 45 min. Late, then we got caught in a very long traffic jam that resulted in the Lugano portion of our trip to be cancelled. We finally did get to Bellagio for and hour and a half, but for some unknown reason the two hour boat ride from Bellagio to Como never happened, and we transported back by bus instead. The day was a disaster. I have contacted aviator for a refund. I sure hope they comply…I use them often and am generally happy with our tours.
