Fabulous experience! - We took my 7 month old granddaughter for her first aquarium visit. It was the perfect length and had amazing tanks for viewing! We can’t recommend it enough for littles.

Best little aquarium experience!!! - Super cute aquarium. I absolutely loved the tunnel and watching the fish swim overhead. They had fun little paper stamper areas throughout it was so fun to collect all the stamps while learning about the fish. There was even a touch tank and wonderful staff to teach you about the sealife. The gift shop at the end was super cute as well. I bought a little turtle carving and a stuffed jellyfish i have hamging in my room now. The aquarium really made my trip!!!!

A good use of 1-2 hours on a Sunday - This little aquarium surprised me for sure! Such a large selection of Salt water creatures, some I actually have not seen at larger aquariums. A great way to spend 1-2 hours with the family. It is clear they also put a lot of time cleaning the enclosures and supporting the overall health of the creatures that reside here. I would surely come again. You also have the opportunity to pet starfish as part of your standard admission ticket as well.

Go to Discovery Place Instead - Visited here on a recent weekend trip to Charlotte. This was not really at all what we expected when looking online. We were expecting a real aquarium. Did not realize it was in a shopping mall or this small. Said to expect 1-2 hours. We were done in less than an hour and that was with about 15 minutes of coloring at the end of the journey. Visited Discovery Place earlier that day and besides the underwater tunnel probably had more sea life to sea in an enjoyable manner. Tickets were about $98 for the four of us at the aquarium. Price point was just not worth it. On a side note, if you have a little girl they did offer mermaid makeovers for an additional price, but this was making a lot of little girls happy.

Tiny Sad Aquarium - Worse aquarium I’ve ever visited. Really small and danky. We have visited plenty of aquariums around the county. This was by far the absolute most disappointing. It may be fine for children 5 and under, but good aquariums wow everyone 0-100 years old. This one did not.
