AWESOME tour!! - This tour was without a doubt amazing! Joaquim Lopes was an extraordinary guide. We so much enjoyed his knowledge of history of Portugal and the sites we went to on the tour. He was funny and nice and genuinely an awesome guy. We highly recommend doing this tour in a small group because it makes it so much easier to get to the destinations. From leaving the hotel to going to lunch to getting home we were delighted. We would definitely do this again.

Awesome tour, Awesome tour guide - We saw Fatima where the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to 3 young children. our tour guide took us to the religious goods factory, told us how to get them blessed. and where to find what we came to see.

Great tour! - Joaquim, our guide, was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and an all around great guide. He possess very indepth knowldege of Iberian history and can explain, in great detail, the culture and history of the portugese nation and its influence on the rest of the world. Lunch was great as well. Thank you, Joaquim, for a great day!

Awesome Pilgrimage/Tour - ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! Joaquim was by far the best tour guide ever. On the way to each location he explained what to see, the history, everything. Then we were free to walk around and see each site on our own. He asked if we were Catholic and if we wanted to attend mass at Fatima and was willing to adjust the tour if we did. He explained all about the history of Fatima and gave suggestions for lighting of the candles and walking the grounds. He was accomodating when our kids needed a snack and even offered a different lunch idea...unfortunately that place had a huge line. We were his first customers in a year and I can say we felt a little spoiled. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows many people at each location. Our tour was approximately 11 hours and well worth the money. We had a great time. We would definitely use his tour company again.

Great tour with good tour guide - Before I booked this tour I carefully looked through all the similar tours. Some tours do not accept a solo tourist. Some of what was important to me was pick up and drop off from the hotel, included villages to be seen. I was one of three women which was wonderful. To me, it’s nicer to be in a small group than herded about in a large tour bus. This tour was well organized and I must give a great thanks to our tour guide , Alex. He was personable as well as interesting. He gave the history behind the towns we visited. The tour was given in Spanish and English. We started out in Fatima and he gave the history as well as what to see and tips to get the most out of Fatima which also included going to the souvenir factory. For each part of the tour there was a time limit so we could continue to maximize what we could see. The next stop was Batalha monastery, ticket not included, but it was only 6 euros. This included the completed monastery as well as the incomplete chapel.Time was short and you needed to find a place for lunch during the time given. Next stop Nazaré,well known for huge waves .Quaint village, Beautiful beaches. Our last stop was Óbidos , very beautiful village on a hill with gingha shops, cork shops,bakery. Alex went out of his way to help all the tourists. I highly recommend this tour and guide.

Short pilgrimage - Pilgrimage to Fatima, even when lasting for a few hours only, can make your day and enrich your faith. Additional tour sightseeing contributes to the general impression.

Fraudulent tour . - We took the tour describe as " small group tour" to Fatima Obidos and Nazare with pick up and drop off at the hotel we stay in Lisbon. The driver pick us up at our hotel The Independente Suite & Terrace on time in a small van but after that he told us that the van has some engine problems we will have to switch to a more comfortable van and drop us at a location where a BIG TOUR BUS was waiting. It turn out that we were dumped to another tour company names : DIANATOURS. We were asking to pay for a extra lunch package which do not state in the Viator online brochure. Anyway it was too late for us to do anything but have to go along. The group may be more than 30 peoples with quite a few persons do not keep the time being assign per visiting segments so we all being late at least 1 hour before we getting to the final destination: Fatima. After the trip the bus drop people at few predetermine destinations and told them to take taxi or uber to their hotel. This is an FRAUDULENT company to deal with and I strongly ask VIATOR remove this company from your Tour site. DCP 53 (trip advisor reviewer)
