• Contessa Entellina - From Contessa Entellina to Salemi, you will immerse yourself in the narrow streets of one of the villages in the Belice lands and discover its churches and museums. You will find yourself in picturesque streets - with tables set out especially for you - where you will be able to taste local cheeses and the renowned “pane cunzato” - a bread seasoned and made with local ingredients.

You will be tempted by biscuits with almonds and honey, wines and olive oil from the area. It will be a journey through authentic flavours, a way to get to know hidden places through their food and their inhabitants.

The experience will culminate with a lunch prepared with love by a local family, offering you original traditional dishes from the Belize lands.
