Chef Simone Almeida, Great Cooking Class - Chef Simone Almeida was incredible. We had a wonderful evening making delicious dishes. Transportation arranged by the tour was horrible. Chef Simone made sure we were transported back to our hotel in safety and comfort, two things missing from our hotel pick up.

Foody heaven! - This is such a special and unique experience! Chef Simone is so gracious and knowledgeable about her country’s food as well as others. We made Moqueca and it was delicious. I will be making this at home, often. Highly recommend this class!!!

Delicious Experience! - We could have not asked or wanted for a better experience than we had with Chef Simone and the other attendees. What a great mix, with lots of laughs, and explanations of Brazilian cultures. It so happened that the other two attendees were from varied parts of Brazil and the combination of Chef and their take on the cultures worked well with directing us on local “must sees” while in Rio. I highly recommend this experience. And the meal we cooked together was delicious!

Should not miss when in rio - This was an experience that I will not forget. We were let into the life of a local brazilian and shown the local drink and food. The group interacted with host and had a fantastic time. I would say if you have time it is a must as it is a so genuine experience which travellers do not normally experience.

Amazing fun evening with great food! - I was a little hesitant booking this course as there were no reviews but I'm so pleased I did! It's a new business which will definitely be successful! My partner and I had a great evening and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We had to change our location pickup/drop off on the day and they were very accommodating with this. There were 4 people in total so a nice small, personal experience. The chef (sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing and really made this course 5*. Her knowledge and experience was second to none. She took us on a culinary journey explaining the history of the Brazilian dishes and drinks. I don't do much cooking at home but I left this evening confident and excited to cook the same dishes at home for my friends 😀
