- Sugarloaf Mountain - Next, we will head down to the Sugar Loaf, the second most visited site in Rio. We will hop on the oldest working cable car in the world and enjoy the beautiful view from above. The time estimate includes travel time.
- Escadaria Selaron - The last stop of our tour will be the third most visited site in Rio, the Selaron steps, featuring the 2,000 ceramic tiles collected by the incredible Jorge Selaron during the course of his life. The time estimate includes travel time.
- The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Sebastian - We will drive by the cathedral, so you will get a nice view of the building. Depending on traffic, we can decide to stop for a few minutes for photos and a bit of history!

We suggest leaving by 8 am to avoid the queues, but the start time is entirely up to you! we can pick you up from your hotel in Rio, or meet at our meeting point in Copacabana.
The tour can be done in Portuguese, English, or Spanish, and we will share lots of information about our history, Carioca culture, and lifestyle, so you’ll leave knowing more about this wonderful city and the people that make it so special. I’ll also share several tips about Rio, so you don’t miss out on all the great things to experience and visit during your stay here.

If you need a guide or a transfer in Rio from a hotel or the cruise terminal, LOOK NO FURTHER! - I booked Rodrigo’s eight hour tour of Rio and ended up using him for airport and cruise terminal transfers and a second day of touring. This gentleman knows his city and is so passionate about it. Part of our tour was to visit Christ the Redeemer and be suggested we move it to the next day as there were five cruise ships in port. On the second day which was a weekend he was able to check the lines through his colleague and suggested we could save time by driving up rather than waiting for the train ?which also broke down that morning). He has contacts every where in the city to park his car when there is no parking, front of the line access at all the major sites and he speaks excellent English. For one of my transfers he was booked and he arranged for another driver who was also awesome and he has wonderful ideas of places to visit for repeat customers and excellent restaurant recommendations. We could not have been any happier and don’t think we could have found a better tour guide in Rio and his prices are way below what service he provides.

Rodrigo is a Fantastic Guide. - Rodrigo was the best tour guide ever. He showed us all kinds of unexpected items in the Ticugara Forest. And helped us get priority at long lines. It was amazing how much we saw in one day. Book him!!

The Real Rio with Rodrigo - Our day with Rodrigo was amazing - he had great suggestions of places to see and was always kind and on time. He made sure we had plenty of time to see what we wanted and he was kind and courteous. 10 out of 5 stars for Rodrigo!

Unusual , amazing Guide and great day in RIO - It was an amazing day:-) Rodrigo is a kind Guide, full of attention. He exceeded all our expectations .. he shared his love for Brazil and took us to unusual and incredible places .. between the sunset at Corcovado , the sugar loaf , an incredible beach, the visit to the favela rohinhas with great meetings ... he knows everyone and this boy is very loved and respected .. he made us discover that good addresses, that good tips to save time and discover Rio as I had imagined .. and especially without ever queuing (like 2, see 3 hours for Corcovado or sugar loaf ..) a real CARIOCA .. in short of all the excursions we made in Brazil ( more than a dozen ), this one will remain forever marked in our hearts .. thank Rodrigo for everything .. you are great and you are a great Guide! Take care of yourself

Best guide to the wonderful city!! - Rodrigo is a fantastic guide, he is a wonderful person to have company, a deep knowledge of the stories and curiosities of Rio de Janeiro, he has a lot of experience and makes you gain time in all queues, if I didn't have it would take a long time to make the sights, he knows very well the traffic delays, and drives very prudently, I recommend Rodrigo from all my heart,
