We will meet at: Siqueira Campos, 90 in the Lobby of the Hotel Atlantico Copacabana. **IMPORTANT**: please ensure you are heading to the correct address. There are more than one Hotel Atlantico. You can also go by subway to the Siqueira Campos station. Please arrive 5-10min before the tour starts.

Great night off the beaten track - Great 1st night in Rio with Murillo introducing us to the food and drinks of Rio….the marinated garlic cloves were a huge surprise and tasted amazing! We visited 4 bars that we would never have experienced otherwise, with Murillo explaining the history of each one. A friend of Murillo’s, Gabriel joined us part way through and walked us back to our hotel, which he wasn’t obliged to do. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Awesome Experience - I had an awesome experience on the food tour, exploring the rich and diverse culinary delights that the city has to offer. Each stop was a feast for the senses.Murillo, our tour guide, was exceptional—knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and incredibly friendly. Food and Booze... yes, please. - We booked this tour last minute after a sailing tour was canceled due to weather. I'm glad we found this gem! Good food, good drinks... We met several new people from around the globe and had lots of fun. Murillo is a great tour guide and knows his way around the local spots. I'd recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rio!

A can’t miss experience - Murillo’s food tour was amazing! We had a ton of fun visiting the authentic restaurants he selected for the tour, and he chose really delicious food and drink for us to try. I don’t eat meat and Murillo was really thoughtful about making sure that I had just as good of an experience as the rest of the group. He also shared a ton of great recommendations for the rest of our time in Rio. I would absolutely recommend this tour, I’ll do it again given the opportunity!

Safe, fun and quality bar/food tour - Small, diverse and fun group of 3 guests (USA, Sweden and Cayman Islands ( small as low season). Murillo was first class informed host, who is proud of his City and he ensured that the group gelled very well and had a really enjoy enjoyable night. Very informative tour to a mixture of bars with great finger food and a real mix of locally inspired drinks. Highly recommended tour which M or F sole travellers will feel very comfortable on.

Excellent Rio cuisine experience - This was such a great introduction to the food and drink of Rio. Not only was Murillo very knowledgable on the cuisine, he also had a good knowledge of the history of Brazil which made for a very interesting evening. There were only 2 of us on the tour so it made for a much more intimate and personal experience. Give Murillo a booking, you won't regret it!!

Fun tour! - A great tour. We were a small group of 6 people and Murillo made sure we gelled really well. I have to say it was very interesting and above all fun. Murillo explained the history of each of the four bars we visited along with the delicacies and drinks at each stop. I strongly recommend this tour. At the end of the night, Murillo ensured everyone went home safely. Special thanks to Gabriel for showing us the way back to the hotel. Go on this tour!

Great fun and interesting - A great tour. Wholly engaging and fun. We were a small group of 6 people from different countries but Murillo ensured we gelled really well. We visited 4 bars and enjoyed local delicacies and drinks which I would have been unaware of without the tour. At the end of the night, Murillo ensured all went home safely. He was a great guide and I strongly recommend this tour. Special thanks also to Gabriel for showing us back to the hotel which he was not obliged to do.

My best night in Rio! - As a solo female traveler, this was one of the best ways I was able to get a real taste of Rio! Our guide was fun, charismatic and so so knowledgeable. The food was AMAZING, the stories kept us laughing and the drinks were consistently delicious! I would’ve never seen these neighborhoods and bars without this tour! 10/10 - book it, you wont regret it! Also - go earlier in your trip! It’ll be a great way to get more recommendations!

It’s all about the guide - Murillo was a really great guide. He knew a ton about the food scene in Rio and took us to a number of local places which all were good. Anything we wanted, he got it for us. Total pro!
