Half Day Rio tour - Wonderful experience with very efficient and knowledgeable guide, Renato Marinho. Express half day tour was perfect length and going in morning meant shorter queues and better weather. Redeemer is very crowded but Sugarloaf was a lot more quiet.

A++ - The tour guide was very knowledgeable and organized. He kept the group informed and on-time while also being warm and friendly. He also seamlessly spoke to the group in both Portuguese and English. Christ the Redeemer is a beautiful sight to see and well worth the time. Seeing the city from that high up was a treat. Rio truly is an amazingly beautiful city and can’t wait to come back.

Sugar Loaf and Corcovado Tour - Bravo to Meilin for her kindness and dedication. This excursion was very well planned. She took the time to explain and tell us about Rio. She also made the effort to speak to us in French even though it was difficult for her. I highly recommend it. The 2 F MAZETIER

It was worth the trip, I just didn't have lunch. - The guide Leandro and the driver Tiago were super friendly and took us on a wonderful tour, the company just doesn't have a good schedule for picking people up.

Great for solo travelers - Really enjoyed this tour. Got to see a bunch of the great tourist spots Rio offers from Christ the Redeemer to Sugarloaf mountain, and all the beaches. The tour guide was great. Had a lovely day.

Monica was a great tour guide - This tour was incredible! My tour guide Monica Bertazzolo was phenomenal! She had to speak like 5 different language fluently to keep everyone engaged and informed. She made sure we got thru the sites safely and efficiently. She was kind enough to take photos for me and everyone else to make sure we got the good photos at the Christ the Redeemer monument. Excellent tour, very well done. Would highly recommend anyone who visits Rio to do this tour where you see both Sugarloaf and Christ the Redeemer on the same morning, particularly with Monica.

Tour of Rio With Monica - Monica is a great tour guide and did wills with giving history of the different place in Rio. She is talented with speaking many languages. She is well organized and timely with keeping the tour fluid. I would definitely book any tour with Monica she did great for my first tour experience thank you

Horrible experience - Our pickup time for this tour was 7:39 am. We called Viator three times and they told us that could not contact the local tour company, and just to wait. The tour van finally arrived at 9:25 am. The guide was unapologetic, and said that he was told that pickup was 8:54am. I will never use Viator or C2Rio again. No mention of a refund or “I’m sorry” at all for being two hours late for pickup.

Complete incompetence - We hired C2Rio to just make two simple transfers for an executive from my company. From Santos Dumont airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to Galeão. We paid an exorbitant amount and they managed to leave her at the wrong hotel and then leave her at the wrong airport, in other words, 100% error. Two mistakes in two chances. The person had to take a taxi to go to the correct airport at the risk of missing their flight. Simply pitiful. I will never hire them again.
