LONG but wonderful day - This tour was great! Jonas was a WONDERFUL tour guide. He gave us a lot of great information about things we passed. Bad: The bad things about this tour was out of his control. With traffic being bad for a Friday, and tours being canceled the 2 prior days sue to rain, most Sugarloaf Mountain took over 4 hours!! Including pickup, our tour was over 9 hours long, with no lunch nor dinner break, and little time to eat at any stops. Because everything took so long, we missed the sunset at Sugarloaf. Be aware of lots of stairs at many locations, some have elevators. Good: Jonas gave extra info about stops in English and Spanish. This tour let's you skip lots of long lines to many top spots. Jonas made sure to "softly" advise us were to be extra aware about our belongings and safety. We went to Christ the Redeemer 1st, which we appreciated, then to the Cathedral, next to the stairs, and finally Sugarloaf. There are a lot of street vendors at Sereleon Stairs stop, have cash. We were advised not to use our credit cards, so we weren't able to buy much, but there were a lot of wonderful things to buy and FOOD. Overall we really loved this tour!! As ladies from Texas, we were ok with the humidity and heat, just bring snacks and water.

O.m.g! Rio at sunset is amazing! - Our guide, juao Verano was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. The tijuca forest and Christ the Redeemer were spectacular. The selaron steps and sugar loaf were an experience. Our first day in Rio didn't disappoint. Fabulous!

Must do! Amazing! - Trip was amazing. Tour guide Matheus was incredible. Everything was prompt. Comfortable. He even helped us set up tickets and transportation for a soccer game the following day. The transportation was comfortable, and cool on the hot Brazilian day!

Great tour 🫶🏻 - Our guide, Raquel, was fantastic—she offered great insights and even took amazing photos for us! We packed a lot into just one day—lots of walking and quick snack breaks during the tour! Definitely recommend bringing a small bag with snacks and water, which you can leave on the bus 🫶🏻.

A true five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I don’t usually write these reviews - but this tour was so well-run on-time, with a smile, and genuine passion for their country - I had to compliment Joau (I hope I spelled it correctly) and his professional driver that kept the day efficient. True to the title of the tour they timed it so we had a 360 degree view of Sunset over all of Rio; giving us a special experience in Rio that we didn’t even realize could have. Often times these kinds of tours can be generic and driven by the need for a tip - I didn’t feel that way at all the entire day.

Worth Every Real - We had a short stay in Rio de Janeiro and this proved to be the perfect way to explore the city. We got a real feel for different parts of the city and got to visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain. Letitia was the perfect guide. She is passionate, friendly, fun and clearly loves her work and her city. She is incredibly knowledgeable and seemingly spoke every language. Doing all of this in one day allowed us to relax on the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches on our other days in the city, knowing we had already visited two of the famous attractions Rio has to offer.

Good but … - Overall the tour was grand. Rated down a star because of confusion with pickup Assignments split over two vehicles. We finally ended the logjam by volunteering to switch vehicles.

We missed the sunset - This company has serious management issues. Despite our group of over ten people having reservations, they failed to purchase tickets in advance for that day, leading us to be blocked by officials at the Sugarloaf Mountain cable car entrance for over three hours. As a result, we missed the sunset view. They provided various explanations, none of which were convincing, especially since other groups continued to board the cable car during the same period. Although they eventually offered a night visit as compensation for those who stayed, this was far from what we signed up for, considering the high cost of this tour. It was not the service we paid for. Everyone felt disappointed, exhausted, and publicly embarrassed. Many had their schedules and flights disrupted. We are still unsure if there will be any further compensation from the company. 注意：他们曾犯过严重失误：比如没订上票，让你空等三四小时错过日落。我们团中很多人因此没法继续等候浪费了最宝贵的时间。希望后续的团队不要遇到这个问题
