Had a great few hours. Learnt a lot about Rio - Booked a 3 hour cycle tour. Enjoyed every minute. A really good positive way to familiarise yourself with the Urban landscape. Excellent English speaking guide. Our tour leader had moved from Holland to Brazil and had that extra understanding of what the city had to offer. A great route mostly on cycle paths. Good pace and lots of interesting and honest information. On their recommendation we also visited other areas via the metro. Great day. A easy way to see the immediate neighbourhood of Copacabana. Bikes worked well.

Amazing way to see Rio’s neighbourhoods - Myself and my partner are from Glasgow and we were delighted to meet a few guys that spoke perfect english (being from the Netherlands), as our Portuguese isn’t up to scratch! The bike tour with Zan was great, he really knew his stuff about Rio as he has been there for 6/7 years. We got to see all of the main parts of Flamengo and Botafogo etc which was great fun and Zan taught us a good bit about life in Rio. He took us to a few cool places for photographs which was a bonus. The bikes are easy to ride and most of the journey is flat apart from one hill, which isn’t very difficult. I would recommend that you do this either on a sunday or a public holiday as a lot of roads are closed to vehicles and it makes the trip a lot safer and easier! The tour lasted 4 hours which was plenty of time to get around and you don’t need to pay until the end of the tour. Also, if you did not like the tour, you do not need to pay - but I know you definitely will. I would thoroughly recommend you add this to your To Do list if you are visiting Rio, even for a couple of days. The next time I ride a dutch bike will be when I visit the Netherlands and sadly not Rio, but if I get the chance to go back to this awesome city I will be booking a Riobybike tour for sure! Have fun!

Perfect way to explore Rio - I participated in the Urban Bike Tour with a friend - riding around Rio for 3 hours. Had a fabulous time; 3 hours of relaxed bike riding around the city was the ideal way to explore and have a safe introduction to the colourful city of Rio. The tour guide was super friendly and accommodating; shared information about Rio City and provided a fun/safe environment. Rio is a super easy city to ride around and lovely to be out in the sunshine experiencing all Rio has to offer. Would recommend to anyone wanting a fun activity!

Great way to see the city including hidden gems! - Excellent tour with a knowledgeable and engaged guide (Ulysses!) who showed us parts of the city we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. He also had great recommendations for food/drinks/activities. The ride itself is really flat and on easy bike paths so even a novice rider will have a great time.

Biketour Rio! - It was a very nice tour with a small group. The tourguide was very good and he was able to tell a lot about the city. The tour takes around 4 hours, before we knew the tour was over. It was my second time here and its still one of the best ways to discover Rio. The bikes are very nice and relaxt.

Best part of Rio are the bike trails - My husband and I chose to take a bike tour on our very first morning in Rio. Our guide was Matt who was so knowledgeable and an absolutely terrific and fun guide. The trails and neighbourhoods we explored were so much fun. It was just the perfect pace and it gave us a great overview of exactly the parts of Rio we were interested in checking out. We loved it so much that we rented bikes on another day and did much of the same route and also explored a few other areas. At the end of the week we both felt that biking along Copacabana and Ipenema was our favourite part of all our Rio excursions.

Best Tour of Rio's Beach - I went on this Ride after being in Rio De Janeiro for one day. The guide Ivan was fluent in English as well as other launguages to accomodate all the nationalitys that where on the ride. Any questions along the way he was more than willing to answer and made sure even if you where the only English speaking person on the tour took time to repaeat everything in your launguage to you. We covered allot of the history and sights along the way with Ivan having a vast knowledge of current events and acctivities as well as an accurate knowldge of History of Rio. I found on another tour that I did the guide was not as well informed of the history and when I looked into its Ivan's accounts where accurate. The ride did go over time and there was no rush to get us back to complete the tour.
