Great tour, lousy app support - Tour was great! We saw everything we wanted to see. Only problem is with Viator. Bought a 2 day pass and then they show the tour expired after one day. The pass in my Apple wallet moved to expired so I had to recover it so I could use it for my second day. Also, there needs to be a route map on Viator so I can find where to get the bus to get started. Just saying you can get on at any stop is useless if you don’t know where the stops are. Very poor support.

Quick and easy way to visit Copenhagen - Great way to experience Copenhagen from the ground and the water. We spent one day taking advantage of the three hop on - hop off bus routes. We got a an overview of the city allowing us to figure out wheee to spend more time. The additional day we took the boat tour of the waterways around the city giving us a different perspective. The bus drivers were helpful and the boar tour guide was very informative with excellent suggestion about follow up sights to visit.

Highly recommended - Our experience on the hop on hop off bus and boat was excellent. We especially enjoyed the boat trip where the guide was very informative, it was interesting to see the same landmarks from the bus and boat. We also loved seeing and learning the story of the Little Mermaid.

Fun boat tour - Boat tour was very interesting. You get to see things from a different perspective from the water. Go early and beat the crowds. Buses run regularly, didn't have to wait to long. The online bus map however is terrible. They need an mobile app instead of a web site that refreshes infrequently and crashes often.

Generally good but room for improvement - Generally both bus and boat rides were very good. It's much more enjoyable when the roof can be open but that's of course weather dependent. There was a bit overlap between what was covered in the audio on the buses. Some headphone jacks either didn't work or only worked in one ear. The USB jacks are useless. Time to update from the Danish Queen to the Danish King. It was a bit tricky finding the stop locations for the buses.

Long wait times for tickets & slow shuttle service for cruisers. - Though the city and canal tours were great when you book the boat tours with the bus you still have to stand in line and collect another ticket to board the boat. The queues can be super long and take up to 45 minutes to get to the counter. The other problem is you have to change the hopon hopoff at stop#5 to switch to the shuttle, there is only one shuttle that goes back and forth and takes more than half hour if you miss one so be aware of this and buffer time to get back. While we waited for the Stromma shuttle there were 3 shuttles that came by for the 'Red' hopon hopoff (a different company). Not very impressed with the service.

Rain - Unfortunately it was raining all day so the windows and roofs of the bus and the boat were impossible to see through due to the condensation, i kept cleaning them, but you couldn't see much even when doing that.

Really disappointed - I’ve never had problems with the hop on hop off busses before but this time…… the boat wouldn’t accept my ticket despite it saying “boat” and I had the right company yet the ticket wouldn’t scan. . It’s not clear which bus company it is as the stromma symbol is quite small on the bus. We got on the wrong bus as our ticket upon sighting by the driver was accepted. When we tried to get back on it was rejected which was embarrassing and confusing since we’d already used that bus. We went up to the other company and was told it wasn’t their company despite it actually being that one. Long and the short of it I really didn’t enjoy that side of it. The tour itself was good, except a lot of the headphone sockets didn’t work. I also contacted visitor about the ticket problems and got no reply.
