As Denmark’s only officially authorized Segway tour, we provide the latest machines, a state-of-the-art radio system, and expert guides to ensure you have the best experience possible.
- You must weigh between: 35kg-125kg
- Minimum height: 135cm
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. In winter months or cold temperatures, warm clothes and gloves are recommended. In severe weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the tour and rebook you.
- Minimum age is 12 years
- No high heels. Please wear comfortable shoes.
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Please arrive at our store 15 minutes before the tour departure time for check-in and training. We will try our best to accommodate latecomers to the next available tour but we cannot guarantee availability. If not possible, we reserve the right to charge in full.
- You are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- You must be able to stand for the duration of the tour and step up/down from the Segway with ease i.e. bend your knees lightly

You need a highly qualified tour leader? ask for Andres pls! - The hole experience was amazing! Our guide was clear, charming and fulfilled us with a lot of information about the city and the history of it!

Segway in Copenhagen - Extraordinary way to visit the city in a different way. The tour is short and although it seems not, the Segway is much easier to operate than it seems. It cost us nothing to learn how to handle it. If you also have a guide like Andrés, friendly, great communicator and always watching the group, the experience experience is ten. Thank you Andres for your sympathy and your know-how.

Great tour…Excellent value! - We had a great experience with our Copenhagen Segway tour! Our tour guide (Rocio) was absolutely terrific. She was very knowledgeable about all the attractions/stops and the culture and history of Copenhagen. She helped make the tour even more fun and enjoyable. We like to take these types of tours when we first arrive in a new city in order to give us a lay of the land and help us decide on which big attractions are worth more time to explore and visit. Our Segway tour did not disappoint. We were all very happy with the tour and have already been recommending it to our friends and family.

Fantastic Cruise With Raseel! - Awesome way to explore Copenhagen. We saw so many spots that we otherwise might not have seen. Raseel our beautiful guide was kind and patient teaching us how to drive the segways, she also provided us with lots of details and information about the monuments.
Big thanks to Mikkel, who very kindly rescheduled our tour when our flight got canceled, we are super grateful.
Thanks Raseel, you gave us clear instructions on the way and always safety came first.

Brilliant way to get a feel for Copenhagen - I recently visited Copenhagen for a long weekend city trip with my mum - we often book a Segway tour at the start of a trip to get a feel for the city and where things are. Segways are brilliant as you can still experience all the pedestrian areas of a city without all the walking, we've always had a good experience with these types of tours and Segway Cruise Copenhagen was no exception!
We easily found the location after getting off the metro at Østerport metro station and walking around 10 mins. Our guide was Nahuel who was very friendly on arrival, we were given rain jackets due to the bad weather and a short training session before heading off. Nahuel was very knowledgable about the city and gave us a real feel for where everything was, we saw all the sites we would have wanted to see and had a few stops along the way to rest our legs and take photos. My one suggestion would be maybe asking people to arrive 30 mins before the tour rather than 15 as the check in and training process took closer to half an hour, especially when you have a full tour group and members with no Segway experience, just to stop the tour from overrunning. That's only a small detail though as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Superlatives all round! - Outstanding tour foremost because of our guide, but also because of the most helpful staff at their office. We had trouble finding the start location due to many detours that led us astray as we walked there. Being accustomed to parallel streets in N. America, the non-parallel streets in Copenhagen and insufficient signage where detours occurred due to construction had us lost. We were late and called the number on our booking receipt to explain. They guided us to the location, all the while assuring us that if we missed the tour, we could join a later one. As it turned out, our tour hadn’t started yet and our guide made no issue of including us. She was friendly, relaxed, and set the tone for an enjoyable experience. Rosio was knowledgeable, informative, attentive, considerate, and personable. I highly recommend this tour group—plus, segways are fun!
