As Denmark’s only officially authorized Segway tour, we provide the latest machines, a state-of-the-art radio system, and expert guides to ensure you have the best experience possible.
- You must weigh between: 35kg-125kg
- Minimum height: 135cm
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. In winter months or cold temperatures, warm clothes and gloves are recommended. In severe weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the tour and rebook you.
- Minimum age is 12 years
- No high heels. Please wear comfortable shoes.
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Please arrive at our store 15 minutes before the tour departure time for check-in and training. We will try our best to accommodate latecomers to the next available tour but we cannot guarantee availability. If not possible, we reserve the right to charge in full.
- You are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- You must be able to stand for the duration of the tour and step up/down from the Segway with ease i.e. bend your knees lightly

Terrific guide and tour - highly recommend! - We had a wonderful experience with Nahuel! None of us had ridden Segways before, and he taught us well and patiently. After a bit of practice, we hit the streets! What a great time we had - this tour is informative and interesting, and a really wonderful way to learn about Copenhagen and see the city.

Do it! - Excellent tour! The guide made learning to ride a Segway quick and easy. Saw a ton of sites in the two hour tour. Highly recommend.

Great way to see Copenhagen - Highly recommend this tour. Staff was awesome. Very responsive. Tour itself was fun and got to see all of the highlights of city without being on a bus. Our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly.

Scenic Copenhagen by Segway. - We arranged this tour to coincide with a cruise port stop in Copenhagen. My communications via email with the tour company were excellent and we were given instructions on how to find them. Our ship docked at Ocean Quay which required us to take a taxi to their storefront. If your cruise docks at Langelinie pier they are within walking distance. Our guide, Anders, introduced himself and then got us set up. We were four riders who had all been on Segways before, joined by two others who were first timers. This was my husband and my 16th Segway tour as we love them and have done them all over the world wherever and whenever we can. Anders gave a brief training, explaining the pitfalls of curbs, balance, etc. and observed each of us riding. He asked my husband if he would wear an orange vest and be the anchor at the end of the line for the tour as he saw he was an experienced rider. We were provided headsets for communication and Anders provided interesting commentary and helpful instructions throughout the tour. I will say that of all the tours we have done to date, this one did have more challenges as you were traversing very busy bike paths, sidewalks and city streets at times. We were fine with it, but I think it might have been daunting to more inexperienced riders. We were provided with a break at a nice cafe that offered free water and a place to sit for a moment to rest our feet and legs. At the conclusion of the tour we were given cookies and water and a “drivers license” as a souvenir of the experience. Overall it was a great way to experience the city and learn some of the history and culture of Copenhagen. I would definitely recommend this company.

Best tour in copenhagen - Amazing tour around Copenhagen guided by Andres! The experiencie was fantastic we have so much fun. Totally recommend Andrés as guide he was always helper and with attentive to make sure everyone was comfortable

Bend your legs once in a while. - I have never had a bad experience on a Segway, from New Orleans to Prague. This one is as good as I've done. It will take a novice between five and ten minutes to feel comfortable. We really covered the cities highlights.

Ride your seagway - Seagway tour is amazing experience in Copenhagen. If you are a beginer on seagway, you should be prepared for trying to survive first half of hour. After that you can enjoy interesting tour through the center of the city.

Good way to see Copenhagen - My teen and I had a good time on this tour. Copenhagen is pretty spread out. This is a nice way to see a lot of things in a shorter amount of time. We used headphones that our guide spoke into to tell us the history and what we were seeing.

A lot to be desired :( - We have done many segways tours throughout the world so have a lot to compare to this tour. The route was a good route but we could not understand our guide so we missed out on a lot of valuable information. At one point, o even indicated to her that we could it understand and to consider speaking slower and louder. Nothing changed. We also passed by many historical structures where no information was provided:( Our guide was super sweet and patient with our group, however. I usually will take a bike tour or a Segway tour to get a layout of the area on the first day to get my bearings. This tour was useless in achieving that objective.
