Perfect for introducing... - Perfect for introducing our friends to Copenhagen. We did the circuit twice in order to get a seat on the upper deck and become more familiar with the city.

Got to see lots of places - Got to see a lot of places than doing it on our own . Paying for train ticket to go places was actially confusing and time wasted . Hop on hop off was easier. Suggestion- better put in writing alll schedules of each stop

Tour of Copenhagen - Extremely polite and patient driver. Very helpful. He made everyone fell comfy. My only complaint is that it was difficult from the ad on trip advisor actually where to pick up the bus. It didn’t help that the main pickup location was not available due to construction issues

Great way to sight see - Absolutely loved the bus tour of the city. Went with my mum who had a bad back so couldn’t do a lot of walking. It was perfect to see the main sights while sat on a warm bus. The bus drivers were so friendly and informative. They give you free earphones so you can listen and have a guided tour. We took the main red route on strongman classic. We did hop off at the little mermaid and the shopping mall to get some lunch. I understand the confusion some people have had as the different hop on hop off bus companies have identical looking buses. We used the live map on the stromma website to see when the next bus was coming.

Bus tour needs upgrade!! - On a recent trip to Copenhagen i purchased tickets for hop on hop off bus- 3 routes in total and boat trip on canal included. Price was acceptable:red route was informative and tour was enjoyable.The canal tour was enjoyable and informative also,but it would have been nice to stop at certain piping’s on the canal tour and exited the boat if wanted.Green route was less informative and did not include the castle viewing, as included on the map!!!! Purple route included no information and took many short cuts with it seemed to act only as a collection service for travellers it had dropped off at one specific point.Terrible end to bus tour, Red tour and canal tour would suffice on this trip if possible-the rest are a waste of time and money.

Pick-up Location incorrect - We were told that there was a stop by our cruise terminal which is why we booked the tour. When we disembarked the ship we found out that they did not stop at our terminal we therfore had to taxie to a boarding location $29. each way. Not happy about the poor information from booking agent

Don't bother if cruise ships in town - It was nice they picked us up at the cruise ship, but then dumped us all of outside of the port at stop 5. There were so many different tour busses there. Then we had to wait for another Hop On bus where everyone was pushing to get on it. We rode it to stop 1 and got off. We could never get on another bus as they were all crowded so we walked the city 45 minutes before our ship departure we tried to get the bus back to the ship. After waiting 30 minutes stressed about missing the ship, we got a cab for $38 back to the ship. What a waste of money!!!
