Easy Travelling - This is the best way to travel to see the sights of Copenhagen and get off at a selected destination. Did the Classic Route (there are 3 routes) Got on at stop 12(Tivoli) off at stop 1 to do shopping. Can get the boat at stop 1. Continued after shopping to see Little Mermaid. Very comfortable and informative.

Great tour once we had tickets - it was difficult to access actual tickets but we were close to a ticket office and they were very helpful, as was email assistance

Bus and boat hop on hop off review - Boat tour was the best. Knowledgeable guide who was also funny and charming. Bus tours took too long at each stop.

Good but --- - Over two days travelled on both bus routes and boat based canal tour. All three tours were good and interesting and represented good value for money. But, joining instructions left much to be desired! This is not the 'usual' red hop off bus, which we found out after waiting at the bus stop only to be told we had to go elsewhere - not particularly clear where; fair bit of time wasted. As for the boat - why book in advance when you were forced to queue up to book a slot, in our case over an hour later (having waited to get on earlier boat for 15 minutes!) ? My whole purpose in advance booking was to maximise our limited time in Copenhagen. By virtue of limited/ no information this did not happen. Get it right please Stromma.

Very short time - The experience on the boat by the canals is worth it, but we found that the bus schedules are very short, end very early in the afternoon and you can not do the routes if you get off in any descent, the only way to do more than one route and the boat you can not get off the bus

Bus ride was terrible. The boat trip was great. - Bus ride was dutifully ragged. No photo opportunity anywhere. Audio was out of sync. The windows were so stickered that you could not see outside properly. The price was higher than that of the competition.

awful - the food hasn't change since last year management still don't care as long get money still cant microwave food well don't compare Wetherspoon's or MacDonalds least they can that microwave food right with half price
