Fun time in Copenhagen - Very convenient as the bus stop was outside our hotel. Bus driver very helpful and informative. Canal cruise was also wonderful

Good app - The app was easy to use and price was good. I did panic when my tickets disappeared and we still had 24 hours left of a 48 hour ticket. It was lucky I saved them the to Google wallet as they needed to be scanned for each trip. I wouldn't use again. I would book while there.

Typical Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus Tour - Compared to other hop on hop off bus tours, this one was average. Maybe it was the time of year, but this tour was an okay overview of Copenhagen.

Buyer Beware! Experience varies by season!! - Buyer beware. There is a lot of information missing from the description. First, the boat and two of the three bus routes only run in the summer. But this isn’t explained anywhere. Instead, it seems we paid the same, then waited a while at a bus stop for a route that wasn’t running. When we finally got on, it wasn’t even covering all the stops because, again, those are only open in the summer.

Very short time - The experience on the boat by the canals is worth it, but we found that the bus schedules are very short, end very early in the afternoon and you can not do the routes if you get off in any descent, the only way to do more than one route and the boat you can not get off the bus

Boat great, bus sucked - The boat ride was great. But the bus was often late, when it was running. There was 2 buses missing on one day . Which was not practical considering the short time range they have. And their " live map" sucks real bad. It kept freezing. The bus stops are not clearly indicated , and it's not showing which direction we had to take. Do not recommend
