Amazing - I liked it. The guide is a very funny guy. I suggest this tour. It was amazing. Mind the weather before!!!!!!

Great short trip around the canals and harbour of Copenhagen - Very smooth ride. Excellent crew and tour guide. Really appreciated the commentary in english. Saw a lot more of the water facing buildings than we would have by walking.

GO & ENJOY CANAL TOUR - Rain but who cares! Good captain of ship, good guide, we get our “rain coat” and it was nice experience. Recommend!

Fab time visiting Copenhagen - It was fun. Great way to see copenhagen. It gets very cold though. It was raining so we were provided with ponchos which added to the fun. Great time.

Good for a quick tour of the city - Great way to see the majority of Copenhagen and a quick one hour tour. It rained on us but the tour was still fun! They handed out ponchos to help too!

Great time - This was an excellent excursion. I will say it rained and while it did say covered boat they gave us ponchos but that was ok it wasn’t bad at all. The guide was great. This is definitely worth checking out.

Sunshine thru the rain - In appalling weather conditions our trip remained tremendous fun.. all due to the commentary of our guide who was wonderful- incredibly humorous and insightful .. His take about Denmark having the 4th largest navy in the world until they went to war with the country with the largest & his little mermaid story were laugh out loud funny. All whilst the boat was piloted and steered under narrow and low bridges! The rain couldn’t dampen our fun. (Being in a covered boat also helped!) - recommended to see the sights of Copenhagen. We were on the 10am boat on Sept 26th.

Great tour of Copenhagen - This boat tour was great, beautiful canals, history of Copenhagen and architecture. I would have given it 5 starts but the tour was originally cancelled due to an event happening at the canal but Viator never contacted me to let me know of the change. Luckily, I asked the information ticket booth, and they gave me tickets for another boat tour at another canal.

Boat tour - A one hour boat tour through Copenhagen. The guide was great and informative of the area. It was raining on my tour and I had booked in advance. I would recommend checking the weather and just buying a ticket at the booth!

Given wrong boarding addtess - We had a few problems prior to boarding, the address printed on the get ticket page was incorrect, directions us to another tour boarding site, Not Nyhaven. At check in, the attendant accepted the tickets and assigned a pier for boarding, however the tour boat captain rejected the ticket's durecting us to another canal tour company and boarding site, all though he did confirm the incorrect boarding address was at his site. It was a mess. I paid for 17 tickets and we ending up with only using a had full of them due to the confussion, scheduled time of tour, and limited space available on the boat we were errously directed to board on, the error on behalf of viator and the canal tour management error. I was then out more than $300.00 us. Such a disappointment and wast of time and money.
