Value for money - Great value. The bus takes you to all the major attractions like the little mermaid, Christiana and the museums and runs every day including Christmas day. You can buy a 24 or 48 hour ticket on the bus or you can include it when you buy a Copenhagen card instead of free public transport. You get a map and headphones for the pre recorded tour available in Danish, German and English. There is a bakery at the Christiana stop which has the best croissants!

Good way to see the city - Great trip but hop on hop of stops are not well marked. Website maps are not clear, need more directions

A lovely, stress-free, interesting day! - The tour people picke us up from our cruise ship and took us into central Copenhagen. It was easy to get on the sightseeing bus and the driver and staff were very helpful. It was great having a map and having the earphones to listen to descriptions of interesting things we passed and things about the city. The bus stopped at all the places I'd wanted to visit in Copenhagen and when we'd visited the city hall square and the Hans Anderson Experience and seen Tivoli Gardens and the National Museum and The Little Mermaid by hopping off and hoping on again after each visit... the tour people took us back to our ship! A lovely, stress-free day!

Make sure you see Hamburg on a bike! - Tony was our tour guide and he was great. Such a fun way to see Hamburg. We experienced the tunnel under the river, the old and new city and the harbor district. this was the best tour on our trip

Due to the rain little seen on the way between the stops because the windows were fumed. - Clear information. Most drivers were friendly and helpful. Audio guide in different languages. Choice of 3 different routes. It's expensive.

Okay - I have used this service in New York and London without any issues. This hop on hop off in Copenhagen has been my least favorite. The audio tour and route were fine; however, on two stops (one after the other) would stay for 25 mins at the stop, that is 50 mins lost to waiting. Then on two occasions, the bus - with seating available- blew right past the stops. It was a mess and a bit frustrating. The next day we used Red Sightseeing and it had a slightly different route but the stops were consistent and quick.

Not a happy experience - Ok the weather WAS lousy but the company could have made an atrempt to ease things for the tourists. The windows were all steamed up and the windscreen wipers on the front of the upper floor weren't working. Some of the seats werw soaking wet so the tour wasn't enjoyable at all. All in all considering the abyssmal visability I think perhaps the company should have offered a discount but no such thing was offered
