The Cafe is located just a short walk from the famous amusement park Tivoli Gardens, The National Museum and both pick up points for the Hop off Hop on Bus and Canal Tours. One of the most interesting Memorabilia pieces in the Cafe is Metallica’s drum set, donated and signed by Danish drummer Lars Ulrich.

Great location! Staff friendly - Very central - off the main square near Tivoli gardens.
Great food / music / atmosphere / staff as usual. Would recommend due to the location and quality of food

Fantastic dinner experience! - Very good experience, we were there for holiday and we spent a fantastic dinner. It was also my friend’s birthday. Marsha and Simon were fantastic! Thank you so much!

Hard rock experience - I highly recommend this place. All staff was very helpfull and kind, especially bartender Misha. Even tho drinks we ordered werent on menu, Misha made it perfectly. 10/10

Bar staff excellent - Misa was the best!!! Made waiting for the table so easy, our drinks were lovely as was her service. Provided food recommendations aswell! Nothing but praise for her.

Everything as expected. - You know what you are getting, as its the same as all Hard Rock cafes. The welcome was good, as was the waiter. Plus, when it became clear that our food was being delayed, we were give free chicken wings.

Building good memories - The atmosphere is fab and staff were so much fun just really disappointed at the set menu choices no starter choice only 5 dishes to chose from and I desert as it was a 30th birthday treat it was very limited choice.

Worst possible wxperience - Worst possible experience I could endeavor. Walked in on a Sunday evening approx 10.20 pm when it closes at midnight. Asked if we could just have drinks, To be greeted with you can't sit at the bar! Yet, someone else was sat at the bar. The barmaid was extremely rude, took a disliking to us immediately when we walked through the door. To be fair the waiter was nice to us and followed orders. Couldn't sit anywhere of our choice because tables were not cleaned, yet it was quiet, hardly any one in there. Bar closes 30 mins later. Couple walk in to ask if they can have a drink, barmaid greets them, tells them they can drink and allows them to sit at the bar. Total discrimination. Worst hard rock experience ever had. We've been to hard rock Cates all over Europe, all been amazing. This is the only 1 I have ever experienced poor and intimidating experience. So unwelcoming. Never again! I will never enter another hard rock ever!
