- Gammel Strand - We meet outside of the metro, between the stairs and the statue! Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts to check-in, otherwise we cannot guarantee you the tour. Look for the orange umbrella!
- Christiansborg Slot - We’ll explore the Danish parliament and Danish democracy. From Viking age to the happiest country in the world.
- Danish Jewish Museum - We’ll quickly walk past and describe the Jewish museum from the Royal Garden. We will provide some information in case you want to visit the museum later.
- Det Kgl. Bibliotek - We’ll talk about Kiergegaard and philosophy in the Royal Garden. This garden is a bit hidden, and a lot of Danes do not know about it!
- Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek - We’ll have a quick walk around the Carlsberg art museum. They have free admission the last Tuesday of every month!
- Copenhagen Stock Exchange - We’ll talk Christian IV and his development including the old stock exchange. Please note that it has burned down in April 2024.
- Stroeget - We start at one side of the main shopping street and end the tour at the other side. This is the longest pedestrian only shopping street in Europe!
- Magstræde - The oldest street in Copenhagen! What did this look like a century ago? Similar to nowadays, just a whole lot less nice– thank goodness for plumbing!
- The National Museum of Denmark - A quick introduction to the musuem most famous for viking artifacts. Outside visit!
- Tivoli Gardens - We cover the world’s second oldest amusement park and its history. It is recommended to visit, even if it is just to enjoy the gardens.
- Copenhagen City Hall - We’ll end the tour by the entrance of the city hall right by Tivoli gardens. The building is beautiful, and there is a lovely fountain in the plaza.
