multilingual 4 Sure - I was a bit suspicious of this guide who was a native and claimed to speak fluent Arabic so I tested him.
after a 4 hours guided tour with Sam I was surprised by his language skills (bravo)
beside that he knew the best places to eat in Copenhagen at reasonable prices .
if you are going to copenhagen I will definitely recommend Sam. since, in addition to guiding, he know everything about the City

The People in copenhagen are so friendly
i dont get it since they can have a day of all seasons weather. Sam kept us part dry with umbrellas but that made it harder to see the city with a clear eye .
what so ever i cant blame the guide for the weather haha
but he was a blast and therefore i give you 5 stars mr. Sam

Something wasn't right - I went to the address. I waited and waited. No one showed. I called the number. Had to leave a message.
Walked around looking for yellow umbrella. No luck. Called again. Left message. Finally at 20 past I left. Requested a refund on the site. So far no response

Do not take this tour under any circumstances! - This operator failed to issue tickets, but rather a voucher that required you to redeem it for tickets prior to the tour. Of course the voucher had no address for where it could be redeemed. I emailed the operator the night before the tour, and they failed to respond. The next day we showed up at the designated tour start, and nobody showed up. After multiple emails with Operator and Viator, they suggested I call the operator. Of course there was no number available to do so. After much ado, they gave me a number, and the person that answered knew nothing about a tour. This appears to be a scam or horrible company. We wasted our morning and cab fare on this "tour." Do not take it under any circumstances. Viator says they will refund the tour price paid, but refuses to reimburse us for wasted cab fare. Very unhappy customer here!

Tour company did not deliver. - Terrible. We tried to contact the tour company the day before and then the morning of and received no reply back.
Then on the day and time of the tour, the guide did not show up for the tour.
So we were unable to go on the tour or see the city. As it was a late afternoon tour, it was also too late to get another tour that day, so an entire day of our visit was wasted. Very unfortunate.

No guide - The guide never showed up. I arrived at the posted meeting spot earlier and waited for about 15-20 minutes after we were supposed to meet and the guide never arrived. I received no call or text notifying me either.

Frustrating - Good Evening, I have already sent you a message about this activity. Apparently there was an error and I ended up not being on the tour. The company Sam's Lost have guaranteed me a full refund.

Disappointed cancelation at last minute - We tried booking this tour 3 separate times and had the operator cancel each time. We only had a limited time in Copenhagen and the last tour we had confirmed was canceled too late for us to book anything else. To say the least we were very disappointed and would recommend choosing another tour operator if you want to see and hear about Copenhagen.
