Truly excellent - This trip was superb. The guide provided a first rate narrative while driving and was extremely knowledgeable during the tour. It ran like clockwork, perfectly organized, beautifully thought out, and obviously carefully planned. The vehicle was perfect for the group. Very highly recommended

A wonderful castle - We had a great time visiting this amazing castle. Lots of fantastic rooms to explore which had the most breathtaking decorations and ceiling detail and also outstanding portrait art. It was great to see the soldiers patrolling outside. Make sure however you don’t walk on the grass as you will be told in no uncertain terms by the soldiers to get off! We saw the Crown Jewels and what an amazing collection it is. A visit is definitely recommended if you’re visiting Copenhagen.

A Must Stop - This is a must. The Great Hall and the Treasury were amazing. I had never seen an actual crown in person before. Be sure to walk around the grounds and around the surrounding area.

Great apart from the Viator ticketing - The castle was good. The ticketing was a problem and not so smooth was should be. The staff at the venue were excellent but Viator need to make this work better with cross references so that entry issues are not as I experienced.

Rosenborg Castle is very... - Rosenborg Castle is very interesting and worth seeing, but all this Viator purchase provided was entry to the castle without having to wait in line and no guided tour. Waiting in line for what looked like 20 minutes would have saved me about $20. Buy the ticket directly at the site.

You Do Not Get Your Ticket Through Trip Advisor :( - I booked through Trip Advisor. You do not get the ticket through Trip Advisor. Or their App. Or through e-mail, which was in a different language. It was not fun to figure this out. The tour, once the staff at the castle helped and printed my voucher, was exceptional. Crown Jewels, a lot of fireplaces and a lot of scandalous history.

Titled as a Tour, but was not - I wanted a tour of the castle, Trip Advisor titled this a tour. It is not! There was no guide! It simply reserved a time to enter the castle. I could have done that on my phone for had the price! It was a total waste!

Not recommending this provider on Viator - I would not recommend buying this tour on Viatour as you are charged double price in comparison to prices in the attraction site directly. Despite what description is stating there are no different prices for foreigners. The palace is beautiful and is definitely worth the visit.

Do not use Viator!! - DO NOT USE THIS APP! it’s is ungodly unpredictable and took my money. I never had access to my $87 tickets. Their customer service is awful and kept directing me to the same page with no solution. As a result I had to buy tickets directly from the palace, and never got my money back from Viator. Hence… I bought a total of 4 tickets when I only needed 2.
