This time, it was through the lens of its burgeoning craft beer scene. Next on our itinerary was BRUS, a place that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of Copenhagen’s craft beer scene. With its hip, industrial decor and extensive selection of handmade beers, BRUS is a must-visit for any beer enthusiast. The bar also offers classic American comfort food, which pairs perfectly with their brews. As I savored a pint of their signature IPA, I couldn’t help but appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into every aspect of this establishment, from the decor to the menu.

The tour continued to Peders - Craft Beer Bar & Bottle Shop, a cozy tavern located in a cellar that dates back to 1796. This spot was a delightful surprise, offering a walk down memory lane with its relic recordings spinning in the bar’s nook. The atmosphere was intimate, and the beer selection was top-notch. It was here that I truly felt the personal touch of the tour, as our knowledgeable guide shared stories about the history and artistry behind each brew we tasted.

Our final stop was Warpigs Brewpub, a place that embodies the casual, laid-back vibe that Copenhagen is known for.
