Highly recommend - This place was perfect. Our youngest is autistic and this was the best place to go to break up our busy, outdoor weekend. We all absolutely loved it and staff were friendly. Great location as well with it being right in the central station

A double visit. Take note - THIS is what excellent customer service feels like! - I’ve just returned from my second visit of the day to The Tube in Copenhagen.
The first visit was fabulous - staff were friendly and accommodating (more on this later!) and the experience was as interesting as it was fun - I spent a happy 20 minutes with my family in the ball pit alone, and the other illusions and exhibits were great too.
My second visit - instigated when several hours later I realised my car keys were missing- made me appreciate the staff even more. They were so, so helpful and searched the ball pit with me, and soon enough - they were found. A thousand thank yous isn’t enough - what a true example of customer service. You’ve made a foolish old man very happy!
Top tip for other visitors- put your keys in the provided lockers!
Thanks again for a wonderful experience and for finding them for me!
Phew!

Fun alternative plan in Copenhagen - It was so much fun, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely worth the visit :) The best part was the ball courtroom!

Best time ever - I loved The Tube so much! I had the best time and I would recommend it 100%! If you are in the city, and you have some extra time, The Tube is a great option!

My daughter and I (10... - My daughter and I (10 years old) had a great hour or so at this experience. She really enjoyed going around the different stations and asked to go back in the evening. I wouldn’t necessarily travel far for this but if you have plans to be close to central station for a time then it is worth a visit with young children. They will enjoy themselves 👍🏼

THE TUBE COPENHAGEN - The Tube Copenhagen is a great experience for everyone. It’s a fun, easygoing journey with a few interactive spaces not only for the kids. I do have to say that if you are claustrophobic or don’t like flashing lights this is not the place for you. If you wanna take photos and you only have two people, you might not be able to do all the rooms. Another reason of why I gave 4 stars is because in some rooms, they tell you what photo to take and it doesn’t make sense. For example there was a train track room and it says to stand on the train track and take a photo like what that’s just silly. A couple of the rooms were a ball pit, photo booths with props, and other rooms but I have to say it was a lot of photo taking and less physical interactive move ment. They do have a green screen at the end, you have three free shots and a few Christmas props. You have year to download them in your phone and they would give you more details later. There is a really cool photo bit where you stand in some sort of light and it makes the photo look creepy. This location also is a great spot. Take the train the central station and move outside and along the side and it will be clear. Overall the tube Copenhagen is a great place needing a few more touches.

Not good - A terrible experience, unfortunately. We arrived at “The Tube” and staff were friendly and helpful. Once inside, we were met with a queue at the Ball Pit which was fine and completely understandable. By using common sense and etiquette gained from being in the environment for a few minutes, we waited our turn for the main areas, and waited in an ordered line where there were obvious queues. We then passed through open spaces more quickly than other guests who were spending lots of time taking staged photos. There were no problems and most guests passed one another with a smile or thanks when guests wanted to stay in certain areas for longer. Until… we were intensely stared at and verbally abused by another customer who accused us of pushing in front of them, despite them stopping towards another area to take photographs instead of walking directly ahead. We apologised, said we meant no harm and offered them to go ahead of us. The customer began to act in a very strange way, being aggressive and threatening towards us… even mocking, insulting and directly arguing with us. It was so strange. We insisted they went ahead of us in the line so that we could diffuse the situation but they again refused. We stayed in line for a few minutes and the comments and insults continued, as well as them talking about us in a different language that we didn’t speak. We then decided to leave as my other half felt intimidated because it was aggressive at this point. Other guests looked embarrassed and concerned but no one spoke up, I tried to defend us but this person was truly unhinged and there was no reasoning with them. Even their friends looked on in disbelief. We complained at the main reception desk, and raised concerns about there being no staff inside the venue. We were offered another visit around the Tube, we declined.

Not essential to visit - Included in the Copenhagen Card. Not worth paying on purpose because very expensive for the experience offered... Small spaces, waiting and the world... probably to do with children to understand the value. The Museum of Illusion is much nicer!

Don’t - Boring, so everything in 10 min. Did not make sense
Waste of time
There are other places in Copenhagen with the same concept that are better
