Excellent value for money. - The sightseeing bus was great as always but the boat trip was excellent and very good value for money. It was very informative and very enjoyable. Next time I think I will take the 48 hour bus tour as this is a great way to get around all the main sights in the city as efficiently as possible.

Excellent value for money and the boat trip too. - The bus trip was a must to get to the main attractions in the city . The boat trip was amazing, so glad I booked it. Very good value for money. So glad I did this. Couldn't find the boat at first so it was not made very clear at all where to go and another boat trip company just shrugged his shoulders when I asked him where to go. Lucky there was a tourist office close by where I could ask the lady.

Good way to see the city. - Took a while to get bus at ship port because two ships were in at same time & the buses went to the other ship first. Map is not to scale & had some difficulty finding bus stop. Stops were close to attractions. Canal boat ride was very enjoyable.

Red sightseeing hop on hop off bus. - Rather jook your tickets directly at the office. I could not download my ticket purchased through trip advisor and had to repay and request refund on the duplicate. Once on board the buses run to schedule and the route was easy to follow.

Beautiful Copenhagen - BUT PRINT OFF your tickets - Copenhagen is a really beautiful and clean city but everyone must try and visit the Tivoli Gardens - worth going back for I reckon. The only thing that slightly spoiled the visit was that the Digital ticket system that everyone says is marvellous doesn't really work, and we couldn't even get on the boat without a printed ticket - so we missed that unfortunately

Bad hop on hop off - RED SIGHTSEEING, sold on board Holland america line. Two other competing services. I hope they are much better because this one is terrible. It took us 6.5 hours to make one full loop of their route with 4 bus changes. We voluntarily disembarked one time for an hour, but otherwise spent 5.5 hours on the bus or waiting for a bus or being told the bus was stopping here and would go no further, and we needed to get off and wait for another bus (four times) Never announced the stop number. Commentary was minimal, lots of buildings and monuments passed without a word.

Bad servide Royal City Buses in Copenhagen - Stay away from Royal City red/blue buses. Terrible service, no audio, bad timing, no receipt … Danish tourist company should revoke their license. Stick to the ‘Red’ buses hop on hop off company only., Royal City are just bad bad

Hop off and get left - The busses are NOT on time and it is very inconvenient. The competing companies offer more busses and are on time. We thought we would be stranded and not reach our cruise ship because the shuttle was very late (15 min). There were literally over 100 people waiting. Very poor customer service. Workers just kept saying the bus would arrive in 5 or 10 minutes. In reality, is was 25-45 mi uses each time.

Money down the drain... - Of the 3 active services in Copenhagen this is the worst. Apart from the fact that the 3 are indistinguishable as buses, just to make things more difficult for the tourist (we had done it in Italy you know what comments), this is the one that passes more rarely and stops in unobtainable places. Go on foot...
