- 380 Driving Creek Road - Glide through the forest on this unique zipline canopy tour and experience Coromandel’s breath-taking native forest from all levels, as you fly above the trees and walk beneath the ferns.
Our knowledgeable guides will lead you on an unforgettable journey, to learn about Driving Creek’s transformation from kauri logging, gold-mining and pastural farming, into a lush hand planted native forest, a haven for regenerating kauri trees and kiwi.
Two of our expert guides will greet and outfit you with the safety equipment you will need for the journey. A spectacular 18 minute train ride will take you up New Zealand’s only mountain railway to the start of your Ziplining experience. Your two friendly guides will then lead you along eight ziplines, which span 705 meters through trees and across gullies and streams, to experience New Zealand’s native trees and birds, including our largest tree species, the Kauri.

Exhilarating experience - This was an exhilarating experience. Fun was had by all of us. Everything from booking to arriving and been shown the ropes, was done with the highest level of professionalism. Highly recommended!

So much fun! - My husband and I throughly enjoyed the ziplining! We headed up in a wee train with our guides Daniel and Bailey up into the forest with stunning views. They were super nice and friendly and were clear with their instructions and examples (like showing us how to go upside down 😂) and their confidence helped calm our nerves. We were the only 2 people in our group so it felt like a private tour 😆. We were given a go pro which I was able to stick to my helmet and the guide took pictures of us also that we were able to download through their website. We did 8 ziplines that started off easy, with the last one being the longest and most thrilling. Awesome experience and a must do if you're staying in the coromandel area.

Best time - As someone who is scared of heights. I was put to ease by the fabulous staff. By the second zip line I was totally enjoying the whole process and the views were amazing

Birdseye View - If you always wanted to Zipline but have been nervous, this is the opportunity for you. I have done many Ziplines in multiple countries, this one takes the care of all the work and just let's you enjoy the trip. They even break for you.
Guides Bailey and Kaitlyn (sp?) were enthusiastic and supportive. The bit of history included on the tour was also a nice addition.

This was one of the... - This was one of the highlights of our trip to New Zealand. The zip lining was very exciting and fun. The guides were very skilled and informative. This excursion came with a history lesson of the area and was very interesting.

Best Ziplining Ever! - I loved my experience with Coromandel Zipline Tours. The instructors were very nice and helpful, and they even taught us about Coromandel's efforts to reduce invasive species. The ziplining was very fun, and the views were amazing! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Coromandel!

Great fun, horrible follow-through - The Zipline adventure was amazing, however completely crushed by not having our pictures posted. I see photos from day before and the following days, but not my tour. And ZERO response from company as to what happened or how we get our pictures. I have sent multiple emails and calls with zero response.
