Theft - It was fun but my tour guide lied to me that I have to pay 1,500 pesos to get a kayak and snorkel. Without a kayak- I can’t snorkel. Those were his words. The entire itinerary did not even have kayaking as an option so it seems like he created the entire thing himself. Instead of leaving on time, the boat left at 945am to go get kayaks for everyone. Every person paid either for a one or two kayak person. We were a total of 21 people and three did not have seats. I sat on the floor since they filled us up like sardines. There is a lot more information I’d like to share but I am in the process of submitting an official complaint.
