Great guide, saw some whales! - We saw several sets of whales, the food/drink was fun. The guide was great, Guy has a great personality and really wants to share his knowledge of the ocean and marine life.

Sailing boat excursion for whale watching - We decided to go on this tour because you are more likely to be in a small company and there are fewer passengers on the boat than on the big boats.
The meeting place was well described and we were greeted very friendly. After leaving and a good 3/4 hour we were able to see some whales. Thereupon there was a small meal and drinks. On the further drive we had beautiful views of the sea as well as the south coast of Tenerife. Before the return trip we could also go swimming.
It was a very nice, relaxed tour with an experienced boat captain who always had an answer for questions and was a pleasant host.
Thank you for the good time

Not to be missed - What a fabulous trip we had. Danny was our captain, he looked after us so well. The snacks and sandwich were first class. Music was chill and the big thrill was a close by pod of dolphins.
As Danny sailed expertly into harbour, we all applauded his seamanship
Highly recommend this trip

Enjoyed the trip - Captain Guy was excellent, very personable made you feel very welcome.
Impressive that he spoke five different languages and made sure he included everyone in the conversations.
We did see Pilot Whales, and spent time viewing which was nice.
My only negative was they were sparse with the food only had small size baguette. Drinks not champagne as advertised.
All in all was a nice trip.

Dreamlike with dolphins, whales and turtles - Small group, you have a lot of space on the ship. The guide was very friendly and took care of everyone. We could watch dolphins, whales and turtles. It was always very careful of the animal well and the engine displayed near the animals. Back we set sail and sailed. Anytime again!!

Knowledgeable captain, saw some pilot Whales - Went on morning trip with husband and another group of people, Alex was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, he tried his best to keep everyone happy and informed. I felt seasick after a while (my issue, nothing to do with trip or conditions) and he checked on me and give me some tips to try and relieve the feeling. We managed to see a few pilot Whales, unfortunately the dolphins and turtles appeared to be in hiding. My husband assures me the sandwiches etc were good, I didn't risk them but to be fair Alex gave me some crisps and drinks when we left as I was now feeling up to managing some liquids. Thoroughly recommend this trip especially if you want a more personal approach

Good viewing of pilot whales, but overall underwhelmed - Enjoyed the trip overall, but think for the money paid it wasn’t as described as listed.
When we got onboard and out to sea we were quickly informed we were unlikely to see dolphins which is understandable wildlife isn’t predictable but I wouldn’t list it as a main selling point. We were given our champagne which was a nice touch. We saw a few pilot whales for around 15 mins which was great and given it was a 3hr trip, you’d expect to see more especially as this was in was within the first 45mins. We were lucky enough to come across a sea turtle floating by. The rest of the journey felt like we were just going across the coast of Tenerife. There was a small opportunity to swim, but right next to Los Cristianos beach which you could do on any given day. One passenger got off to swim and was told not point taking a snorkel as there isn’t anything to see. We then spent around 30mins sailing around near the port to kill time.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone who suffers with sea sickness, it wasn’t obviously choppy out to sea and we felt the effects of any bigger waves we came across strongly and wasn’t enough space for us to get up onto the front of the boat to feel it less.
Maxi provided some good insight to wildlife, but felt like he spent a lot of time on his phone.
Underwhelming for the price given it is one of the more expensive trips of this kind in Tenerife.

Not as described… - The excursion ended 20 minutes early. We were only told that we had 10 min to swim and no snorkel gear was offered. However, we did get to see pilot whales. The captain only explained about 5 min worth of facts. So if you’re only looking for someone to take you out to the ocean, this is the tour for you.

Not as advertised and below average - Overall, average to even below average experience. When they say luxury boat, take that with a grain of salt.
While we did see some pilot whales, our boat captain only gave us a 3 minute explanation of the whales and their habits. I mention it was 3 minutes to give some color to the fact that nothing else was said on the trip up until we saw the whales.
We were given about 1-2 glasses of below average champagne (slightly warm) upon entering the boat. After seeing the whales, the captain told us we would be going to the coast to eat some food, drink and swim.
We were given 10 minutes to swim, why the arbitrary number of 10 given that we were stopped, that I could not tell you. The drinks offered were some basic sodas and beer (think Milwaukee’s best of America or whatever your country’s equivalent of bud light). Sandwiches were…well they were less than to be desired. More bread than anything else, and if I had the option and saw it in a store, I would definitely pass.
The bathroom was pretty bad, I get it’s a small boat, but an advertisement is an advertisement. My wife got sick because of the bathroom, and I am confident in that.
Honestly, there’s not much else to say because nothing else happened. There was music, but it was low to the point that you could hardly hear it. The captain didn’t provide really any enthusiasm.
If you’re looking for a great experience, maybe look elsewhere. You’ve been given warning.

Worst boat ride EVER!!!!!! - Where to begin! This was the absolute worst experience of any boat ride we as a family have experienced.
Firstly,we are a family of 5 and made a point that we didn't want a boat that was packed. We are essentially 4 adults and 11 year old. Especially if we were to be on board for 3 hours. We had communicated via WhatsApp, it was confirmed no more than 9 people on board. With Cava on arrival superior snacks and a ride that would be perfect. Nothing could be further than the truth. Our guide Guy, was so unfriendly and sarcastic, then would laugh it off with " I am only joking".
So when we arrived the, there were already 5 people on board, so 11 of us on board!....the boat was tiny. The seating on either side no bigger than a park bench. So very little room to move about. Guy was instantly rude when we asked about life jackets and started saying sarcastically if we had any other questions regarding the boat. Because he has been doing it for so many years... he knew what he was doing etc. But he wasn't nice about it, which made us feel really uncomfortable.
So we set off, no welcome drinks in sight. He started lecturing about the planet and humans being the worst things around. Then did give some info about the wildlife. But then started about his daughter, her swimming lessons, achievement. Their morning routines.....I just wanted to enjoy the scenery and relax. He spoke non stop! When he wasn't speaking he was on the phone.
When we stopped for a swim, my son wanted to ask about swimming mask. We had to tap him on the arm to ask, as he was on the phone. He then just pointed at the basket and said " told you earlier where the things were, were you not listening..... only joking"
Then the "superior drinks" and snacks/ lunch arrived. Which consisted of half a baguette and the smallest bowl of strawberries I have ever seen for 10 people. Each strawberry quartered onto toothpicks! Then the drinks, coke, and sprite. One lady asked for a beer, he came out and gave her a coke. She grabbed a beer herself as we were leaving. The others on board said " perhaps we could have a guide if he got off the phone" he did then get a packet of crisps, which I thought was for us. But he then started crushing them and feeding the fish.
We only used them as other guests at our hotel said they had a great time. But they had 4 people on their boat, Cava and a nice guide. Our ride was horrendous!
I contacted the owner via WhatsApp to explain that we were misled. Ask the things he promised were not included. He didn't have the decency to reply or apologise, even acknowledge what happened. The other passengers also felt the same and spoke about it when we disembarked. DO NOT USE this company. To think they asked us to pay in cash, was also very odd!!!!!
I only give them 1 star, as we managed to see a couple of pilot whales.
