Amazing experience! - Roberto was amazing! He cooked a wonderful multi course meal starting with a sections of tapas, three salads, saffron rice, fish, and a beautiful dessert. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend him!

Creating a memorable event - Dinner was well organised with very fresh, locally sourced ingredients, prepared wonderfully. Great value for money and made for an amazing family evening on our balcony overlooking the Atlantic.

Awesome food served up.by chef, Roberto and a fantastic service - A dining experience to remember, thanks to Chef Roberto and his flair for creating a menu that catered for the demands of 13 sassy ladies during our stay at Villa Monaco. We sampled a wide range of culinary delights, prepared and cooked fresh at the villa, including seafood, beef, chicken, tapas, vegetables and salads. Leftover desserts were consumed the next morning for breakfast over a brew of yorkshire tea (or a cold beer). Without doubt, a first class dining experience that can be as formal or informal as you like, and I for one, am looking forward to seeing Roberto again when we return later in the year.

A chef of the highest quality in every aspect! - Roberto was a superb asset to have at our villa! He was prompt, professional and a wonderful chef! His food was second to none. He catered for thirteen of us on a birthday holiday in the sun! He was professional, friendly and a gentleman. He brought essentials up to our villa along with a gorgeous selection of fresh food that he cooked to perfection! You made our holiday perfect by keeping us all happy with your wonderful selection of food!

Roberto supplied and cooked fantastic food, I expect you won’t find much better anywhere - We had a family holiday with friends, 9 adults aged from 28 to 64 and two children (aged 2 and 6), Roberto cooked us a fantastic dinner comprising of many dishes including wine and everybody agreed that everything was cooked very very well indeed, if fact nobody could pick a dish that that they didn’t like, which is quite a feat consider the age differences. We would recommend Roberto in a heartbeat, he is very friendly and professional, arrived on time (early in fact), prepared everything himself and cleaned up afterwards even taking his rubbish with him. I honestly could not fault him or his food, 5 stars isn’t enough he should have 7 just like the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, I wish him good luck with his business and home life in the future. Gracias Roberto Simply the Best!! - If your looking for a first class chef to cook you a special dinner look no further Roberto came to our villa in Tenerife and cooked us a faultless 10 course dinner for 4 adults as a special surprise birthday treat We started with homemade bread and dips Followed by a beautiful salad and couscous Then sorrento ham on bruschetta with a veggie option of roasted peppers on bruschetta Followed by scallops which were unbelievably delicious Next Spanish tortilla Next mushroom truffle pasta Then veggie lasagna Then tempura prawns and mushrooms Then steak and canarian potatoes Next chocolate and orange dessert Finally followed by macaroons Roberto was so efficient cooking all the dishes in our kitchen serving each course with a smile answering any questions you may have Constantly cleaning up after himself We would not hesitate to recommend Roberto to anyone Top class chef Hope we meet again soon !!
