Great experience, always back - Great experience, I was picked up on time at the agreed meeting point, then went to a small local restaurant. The food was very delicious and sufficient. Afterwards, we went further up the bus, slightly higher than planned because we were previously still under the cloud cover to watch the sunset. The final location offers a beautiful view of Mount Teide, which got a few last rays of sunshine before it got dark and we could see the stars and planets. The view was gigantic. For my next trip this tour is definitely back on my list. Our guide welcomed us in many languages, but the information was primarily in English, but inquiries could also be made in German and he also replied in German. Thank you for this great experience

Ozzi Ben Kenobi and his sunset disciples 🔥 - Ozzi entertained us well, he speaks so many languages, my hard drive would burn out 😆. At sunset we had a bit of bad luck as little cloud formation due to the Sahara Sand phenomenon Carima. But the stargazing is exciting. The caldera at night without light pollution, with the whole star firmament like Milky Way and planets of our solar system including great laser show, picked everyone up. The only minus point that pictures should cost again extra, but they are worth it.

Beautiful night under the stars 🌟 - Very nice experience, thanks to the driver who assured on the mountain roads. Thanks also to the 2 very invested and passionate facilitators: Ozie for the organization, for his explanations and humor and Jean-Marc bravo for the explanations in Italian and French, not easy to juggle from one to the other

Great experience, could be improved - Great trip. Ozzy was perfect host. Only issue was 50 people queueing for 3 telescopes, tbe viewfinders of which were difficult to locate in the dark (use luminous tape?) A better way to do it may be to use the best telescope and project it's image onto white screen so everyone could see at once. Nevertheless great experience and highly recommend.

Too much theory, not enough magic - Activity “sunset and discovery of the stars at Teide” in halftone. The site is absolutely beautiful, the sunset splendid, and the place deserves a visit. However, several elements spoiled the experience a bit. We had booked for a departure at 5pm, but the day before we received a message shifting the time to 6pm, without explanation. At 6:15, there's still no bus. Fortunately, another vehicle stopped to pick up a couple and allowed us to get on board. a big thank you to Pablo for his responsiveness. The meal was simple but good, quickly shipped so as not to miss sunset. On site, the view was breathtaking, although the photos were of course... paid. The guide of this part was friendly, funny, and set a good Mood. The last part, stargazing, was less successful. The guide Jean-Marc spoke almost all evening in Italian, which left very little room for explanations in French. his explanations very theoretical, and many participants quickly lost interest. It was a pity, because the place was more contemplative. Personally, I would have preferred a deckchair, a little soft music, and just enjoy the sky in silence. An activity with enormous potential, but which would benefit from being better balanced between scientific content and pleasure of the moment.

Disappointing - Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We had booked an excursion to Mount Teide with bus transport, a visit at high altitude and stargazing. In the early afternoon we receive a message informing us that the withdrawal would be brought forward because Teide would be closed from 6 pm due to the risk of fire (official communication on the website of the body). After half an hour they reassure us saying that “everything is fine” and that the excursion will take place as planned, with pick-up at 5pm. After a stop for dinner, we arrive at Teide at 20:30... and the police block our access, confirming that it was closed as announced. The guide/organization claimed it was a “surprise closure”, but this is false: the closure was officially published hours before and we had verified it. The result: no high-altitude visits, no astronomical observations, and a feeling of being teased. I strongly advise against this agency: poor communication, no transparency and total lack of respect for time.
