Must do experience ! - Great experience it is a small boat however and not enough seats for everyone unless like us you were happy sunbathing on the front (it does involve a narrow climb ) Lovely friendly captain and team and we got to see a few whales and swim /scuberdive in thermal pools

Great experience! - Really enjoyed this trip with a small group on board. We saw a pod of pilot whales and then had some drinks and a lovely swim. The captain was great and attentive with everyone. Recommend 100%

Total rip off - We were lured into the 3 hr boat trip from Puerto Colon to go whale watching, swimming, if one wished, and to enjoy a Tapas lunch. See the attached. What we actually got was a foreshortened trip in a tired boat with a friendly skipper who spoke very little English so the trip was less than enlightening. We pottered out to sea and found a few small pods of Pilot Whales, but after about 10 mins the skipper started heading back for El Puertito, a crowded bay just north of Puerto Colon. Here he dropped anchor in company with several other similar boats for our lunch of 1 home made ham and cheese sandwich in cooking foil, potato crisps, a few slices of salami and mini bread sticks washed down with chilled, mainly soft, drinks. This was followed by a slow time wasting trip south along the coast back to Puerto Colon to be ready to collect the next lot of tourists who were waiting impatiently on the jetty. Somebody is obviously getting rich on the proceeds of these trips but it was certainly not enjoyable for fee paying passengers.
