The private transportation service starts with a reservation, where the date, time, departure location, and destination are agreed upon. This service includes a private transfer for your group from Liberia Airport to Arenal La Fortuna. On the travel day, our driver will be at the airport with a sign displaying the group’s name to ensure a smooth meeting, equipped with all transfer details. If there is a flight delay, the transportation service will monitor all flights and wait for the group regardless of the arrival time. Our drivers are skilled and courteous.

Additionally, each passenger receives a bottle of water upon arrival. For departure and return details, we pick up travelers at Liberia Airport and transport them to their destination hotel. For the return trip, we collect the group from the hotel and take them to Liberia Airport 5 hours before the scheduled flight time, as the journey takes approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes, and 2 hours should be allowed for airport check-in.
