Epic day- Pura Vida - Wow!!! What an amazing day! We had David as our tour guide for the whole day. He was excellent, incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind. We did the full combination trip that was a full day experience. We began with a hike to view the volcano- Arenal. This was breathtaking. Then we went to the waterfall- refreshing. We had a delicious lunch, and ended the day with the swinging bridge hike!!! Would totally recommend- 10/10

BEST ADVENTURES IN LA FORTUNA - We spent 3 days with the company and did the Full combo (hanging bridges, Arenal volcano and la Fortuna waterfall) and the River by raft, and the Canoe Negro boat tour. Safari river by raft: The safari river by raft was the first day of our holiday and we were picked up from our hotel reception right on time. The driver and guide were very friendly and we felt very safe the entire time. The guide on the boat (we can't remember his name) was very helpful and informative - we had such a good time. After the rafting we had some snacks and drinks and was shown a demonstration on how chocolate was made which was really interesting. We had a great time and every person who we spoke to at Canoa Aventura was very kind and friendly. Full combo: This is a very long and tiring day due to the activities being strenuous but you are made to feel very comfortable on the buses and during the hikes etc and there are huge tanks of water on the bus always available, the bus is lovely and comfortable and clean with air con. Lunch and snacks was included on this tour and it was AMAZING soda that we stopped in which is opposite one of the Canoa Aventura offices. All 3 of the activities were amazing and this was one of our favourite days. Our guide for the entire day was Jason and he was an amazing guide - we could not fault him. Jason made sure everyone stayed as a group, was SO knowledgable on Costa Rica in general, the geography, the history, the nature and the animals. He chatted to all of us on the bus about Costa Rica and was an amazing guide when hiking. He also used a telescope to take photos with our phones and made sure everyone had these amazing pictures to take home. We did not feel rushed during any of our activities. Cano Negro boat tour: This boat tour was really interesting for those who enjoy nature and the animals that Costa Rica has to offer. Jason was our guide again for the second day in a row and was just as good as the previous day. The driver of our boat (we cannot remember his name) was unbelievable at spotting the different animals and wildlife and making sure everyone had a great picture. We even saw an orange money and got to get off the boat to take a closer look. The lunch included was also amazing and this was in the same place as the boat tour. We also went to a chocolate and coffee demo after the tour and we loved it. Canoa Aventura was the best tour company we used throughout our holiday and was perfect. We cannot wait to come back to Costa Rica and we will definitely be booking some more tours with Canoa Aventura.

Lots of fun and great guides! - My 7 friends and I had such a great time! Our tour guide Jose was excellent, really informative, and even took amazing zoomed in pictures of cool insects and animals. All together we had a full bus of people, but the guides divided us into two groups of 11, which worked great. Nothing felt rushed and the lunch was tasty. Like other comments said, there's a place to change into bathing suits before the waterfall, and you can change out of your bathing suit afterwards in the restaurant bathroom if you want. I'd recommend water shoes and a water proof phone case for the waterfall part. We also didn't have any issues with mosquitoes. Sneakers are totally fine for the hiking part (no need for hiking boots in my opinion). All 3 stops were awesome, but the hanging bridges was our favorite! It's a long and athletic day, but so much fun. The driver was also great and always offered to refill our water bottles. Definitely would recommend this tour!

Excellent Tour and Worth the Cost - This tour was amazing and a great way to see a lot of things in one day. Our tour guide Jose Luis did the tour in English and Spanish and was very knowledgeable. He was also great at spotting birds, frogs, snakes, monkeys and other animals. Even though we live in a nearby country with similar flora and fauna, we learned a lot. If you have hiking boots, they are definitely recommended for the volcano hike. Even though I am normally afraid of heights, I really enjoyed the hanging bridges and did fine! One thing I wish I knew before was that there are plenty of places to change for the waterfall if you want to bring a bathing suit. The lunch was excellent and had lots of choices. Overall a great day and worth the money spent, especially when you consider the entrance fees to all the parks, transportation, lunch, and the knowledgeable guide.

Rainforest and waterfalls are impressive! - The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We saw a great variety of animals and with his telescope lens we could see everything up close. The lunch was in a nice restaurant and the food was good. I definitely recommend this tour!

Great trip & great guide - Great trip. We had a rainy day so did not get great view of Arenal - but guide was great - informative and entertaining. Hanging Bridges had great views. Highlight was dinner and relaxing at Eco Termales (after a long day). Would highly reccomend Canoa Aventura.

Wonderful experience - Definitely an excellent option. Our guide José and his companions were wonderful. We were able to observe the beauty of Nature in all its splendor. We felt more than satisfied with the tour, it exceeded any expectations. Thank you so much!!!!

Great Day! - This was our second tour with Canoa during our stay in La Fortuna. Jose was our guide for the Arenal Volcano and the Waterfall. We loved both. Jose was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a blast playing in the water at the waterfall. Joanna was our guide for the Hanging Bridges. She pointed out several wildlife that we would have never noticed without her. Again she was very knowledgeable about everything we saw. Our family of five had a great time!

Would recommend - This was a great guided tour. I would definitely recommend. And, Andres was the best!!!!! He was very knowledgeable and was super happy to be there showing us around.

Amazing experience with amazing views - Amazing views in the hanging bridges and we got to see monkeys as well as some others wild life. Waterfalls were amazing too, but it felt a little rushed the time there but the views were amazing
