Totally recommend - Had a really great time on this trip, the team were very safety conscious which was very reassuring and the trip itself went through a wide range of different ground types which constantly kept it fun. Our guide was Vini and he was super friendly and helped spot a sloth as we went along. Great day, thank you

Loved this experience! - Really enjoyed this experience. The guides were super friendly and gave great instructions for properly operating the ATV riding. I felt safe during the tour and i’m glad they emphasized that this tour isn’t about speed and adrenaline but it’s more so about exploring.

Calm and relaxing ride - Nelson was our guide and we had a great time. He has a great personality and got to see some really neat vibes. We ended up with some fog and rain but it was still a really good time.

great fun. - You'll get wet. It always seems to rain here. It was very good, plenty of thrills, yet doable for complete novices.

Great Adventure on the ATVs. - We had a fantastic time on this trip. I went with my partner and our 2 kids aged 11 and 13. We traveled through the forest, along the roads and to the bottom of Arenal Volcano. We loved it. I would highly recommend this experience.

Scary, Fun, Worth It - Alright buckle up this is going to be a long review! Experience: 5/5 Staff: 4/5 Equipment: 4/5 Fun: 5/5 Views: 5/5 Safety: 3/5 (still worth it !) Blake checked me in and he was a kind and informative person. He told me about extending my 2 hour trip into a 3 hour trip by going closer to the volcano. At this time it was only $30. I decided to do it because why not. It was very cheap compared to other places i’ve heard about I had a gentleman quickly teach us how to use the ATV. He was great! This website sold this experience as a beginner friendly drive, and in my opinion it was not. The other folks I was with have driven ATVs before so it was a breeze for them. For me, it took some adjusting. I do wish they took more time to slowly go through it. Because of this, another guide on the road was kind but easily frustrated at me when i asked 1-2 simple questions. I found it rude but, i brushed it off From there, we drove. Gustavo was my group’s guide and he was incredible. Fun, safe, knowledgeable, easy going. We were on all sorts of roads; regular car roads, pavements, back roads, dirt roads, and super jungle like and forest roads. And some mud water which was cool In the beginning, a girl in our group lost control and hit a corner. One of the guides quickly helped, but he also allowed us to figure it out if he noticed that we could. I liked this a lot because it ensures they will care for us, but also encourages us to build trust with our own ATV. Later on, towards the end… I truthfully (and no exaggeration) half flew off my ATV. Luckily, I’m a quick thinker in emergency settings (my job requires it) and I drive often in the crazy city of NYC. So — i was quickly able to save myself. The guide also quickly came to rescue but he noticed I had it handled. These 2 incidents happened in my group because the roads in the forest/park are INSANE. But that’s also what makes it so so fun. If youre like me and you love crazy adrenaline— DO IT. If you are a safe and comfortable person, this might be too challenging. I’m glad i pushed myself out. The views were amazing. It felt like a very in the jungle experience. Trees of all sort, hills and valleys of all kind, and rivers. We even got to experience an indigenous home and learn a little bit of the culture. The language and fermented juice (delicious!!). The view at the volcano was also breathtaking. Not to mention, pictures were taken along the way and for 1 person at this time, only $10. Pros: a fun ride, a lot of nature and outdoorsy experience, incredible views, met cool people, affordable, worth the price and was way better than expected Cons: could use sturdier helmets, a little bit more thorough overview of equipment, some staff (not all) could be more patient and encouraging to those who were struggling, stressed, or trying to figure it out. Staff was overall knowledgeable and quick when needed!!

Good Experience but Predatory operators - The experience was fine until we fell off the ATV going uphill on an uneven slope , got hurt, and were charged for “damages” to the vehicle. The charges would have been understandable had the ATV overturned but we were charged for a ‘crack’ to a plastic part of the vehicle which did not make contact with anything. I would be cautious booking this experience as an English-speaking traveller as the operator seemed to be very preditorial.

ZzZzzZzzz - Tour was boring, no wildlife exploration, can't go fast, no atv fun trail. We were driving the ATV on the road. Not able to see the Volcano due to weather. Complete waste of money 🙂
