The Mistico Park area is renowned as one of Costa Rica’s prime locations for avian tours. This ecological haven, covering 600 hectares, serves as a migratory and indigenous species biological corridor. During the tour, participants are immersed in a verdant tropical forest and given the chance to spot numerous bird species amidst the tree canopies via the park’s hanging bridges. Mistico boasts a documented sighting list exceeding 450 bird species. Ideally suited for avid birdwatchers, wildlife enthusiasts, and individuals desiring an intimate encounter with nature’s enchanting allure, the tour is designed for small groups, limiting to four guests per guide for a personalized experience. Mistico Park is inclusive, providing tours for guests with disabilities. For an additional charge of $12, guests may rent an electric wheelchair.
