Thank you for the day, Larry! - We had a beautiful beach day! Lunch included beverages and dessert. The VIP pass was for one umbrella and 2 chairs, but the concierge kindly brought us an extra chair because there were 3 of us. Larry, our driver, was so thoughtful, considerate, and helpful! He helped us get answers to questions and helped navigate the day perfectly. We really enjoyed having him as our guide.

Relaxing and enjoyable - Diego Ramirez was a very friendly driver who went out of his way to make our trip and enjoyable experience. Playa Blanca was beautiful, able to see white face monkeys up close

Pretty Beach! - Our driver was great and the resort/beach was lovely. Not crowded. However the local provider didn't communicate well. They failed to tell us that the driver needed to drop us off at the resort's main gate and then transfer to another van to get to the resort. The lady at the front desk was helpful in guiding us as to what we needed to do and where we should go. When we went to get lunch which was included in the tour, they had no idea and at first refused to give us lunch. My husband asked them to call the front desk who told them we were entitled to lunch. Overall a good experience but it would have been better with greater communication.

Language barrier - We had this planed as a relaxing day but… We were picked up at the time stated and then went to pickup others at another hotel, we got to the hotel and had to wait 35 minutes for the couple to come out. This made us late getting started. We got to the hotel where the beach is and was dropped off, you take a bus ride into the resort, you check in and get your bracket, you will be lucky if you get someone who can speak English to explain to you where you go. We figured out you have to take a shuttle to get to all the places in this resort, well it’s kinda a resort lots of houses or condos down there. Anyway you ah e to wait a lot for a ride to different spots. The food at the restaurant is amazing and there are monkeys you can see while you eat. I would not recommend this tour as it is expensive and unless you speak Spanish you will be lost as we were. The beach is ok not a pristine white sandy beach as pictured. Also there is an underwater museum somewhere but again unless you speak Spanish you have no idea where it is at. We did snorkel some which cost money to get the mask and fins, someone that spoke English was there and helped us get what we needed from the guy who was renting out the gear.

No Beach Chair for you - This trip was a mix of emotions. We got dropped off at the resort on time (had to be there by 10, we arrived at 9:30). We sat in a room waiting for the shuttle to take us to the resort. We waited almost an hour. Got to the resort 40 minutes late. Once on the resort it was nice. But then the beach chair guys that we couldn’t understand moved our beach chairs… so we didn’t get any anymore. Went to the other beach and relaxed in the pool by the bar. That was the best part. Everything seemed unorganized and confusing. Beach and pool were nice though.
