Great Fun! - Really fun experience! The dirt tracks are crazy fun. You definitely need to be a confident driver and confident driving on Lanzarote roads beforehand. Highly recommend.

Wheelchair accessibility Costa Tequise - I feel the first thing I have to say about this customer is their attitude of of not believing in barriers only solutions. We contacted them prior to our holiday and asked if it is was possible for someone who is wheelchair bound to take part. their answer was that they would make it possible. On arrival we were treated the same as everyone else other than we fetched the buggy around to our friend in the wheelchair. The lads helped get her in and we set of for an excellent offroad experience. Half way round we stopped to get out and walk a little way so as see the view from a high point and our guide drove the buggy to the edge so our friend could enjoy it as well. Excellent 2 hours

Great time in buggy - We had a great time, the explanations are clear at the briefing. They lend you the glasses and windbreakers, we have add a scarf for the mouth and nose. The buggies are well maintained. A little road to find the slopes and then, once on the slopes, we drive at a nice pace with sometimes places where it moves quite a bit. Some really nice crossing places 1 stop to admire the view of the farmara beach. At the end, it offers you the photos for 10th or the photos+video 20th. Equipped at the top and I highly recommend. Amazing! - By far the best thing me and partner have done! It was amazing. From start to finish. The views were unreal. The guide made a lot of effort taking videos and pictures of everyone and made sure everyone was involved. Recommend this to anyone

Customer care needs improving - I was excited about this excursion, but it fell far short due to unprofessionalism, and a lack of safety. Before booking, I was assured it would be safe and manageable, even after mentioning my nerves. The staff promised a slow, steady drive (max 60 km/h) with time to enjoy the scenery. However, the reality was far different. The experience began with a short video that offered no guidance on navigating the terrain, only what not to touch. We received minimal instructions—how to start the car, where the horn was—and were left to figure out the rest. From the start, the guide sped off, driving 20 km/h over the speed limit and pressuring me to keep up. Reluctantly, I breached the 60 km/h limit, driving at 75 km/h just to avoid being left behind. The terrain in the volcano was as rough as expected, but instead of slowing down to guide us, the instructor rushed ahead, gesturing for us to hurry. There was no instruction on handling the drops and boulders, leaving us to navigate blindly. Things took a dangerous turn when a boulder (about the size of a small rucksack) rolled down the hill and landed in front of my car. I couldn’t avoid it, and the impact caused the back of the car to swing toward a sheer drop. Terrified, I honked for the guide, who eventually returned only to claim he “risked his life” to help me. Despite my distress, I was forced to continue driving, contrary to the promise that staff would step in if a driver felt unsafe. My car also kept cutting out, leaving me stranded. When the guide finally returned, he casually mentioned it was due to the seatbelt angle—something that should have been explained earlier. The vehicle also lost speed randomly, and I had to pump the accelerator to regain control, all without prior warning. This excursion had huge potential but was ruined by unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for safety. With better organization and a focus on customer care, it could have been great. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again. I will do a buggy tour again but with a different company. As stated I could have really enjoyed it and did bar the safety issues.

Interesting but disappointing activity - The staff at the reception super nice, polite on the other hand it was not the same for the monitor on the very unpleasant buggy with these reflections We were not disappointed on the scenery that remains breathtakingly beautiful to look at. But very disappointing on the ride, a lot of road to our liking, little information at the viewpoint where we are stopping only 5 minutes, paths at the top but just a lack of speed. Groups should be done according to the level and desire of the people, because for us it was not buggy experience but rather a ride of the third age. I don't advise at all.

Intolerant and not friendly guide - Flange to 30 km hours in unacceptable dunes. Pay 250€ to be bridled by the guide I should have asked for a refund Very bad experience I do not advise!

Far away from expectation - With 3 friends in the 4 seater buggy the tour done. We were very excited, until I first hit the gas... we booked this tour because the buggy interested us a lot, especially because of the power of such a buggy. These buggies are squeezed and you drive them like you're driving your grandmother's mobility scooter, top speed around 50km/h and when you hit the gas the cyclists overtake you, very disappointing! Route and view are beautiful but no challenge or speed at all..
