Excellent E-bike Tour - Nacho’s e-bike tour around Lanzarote’s national volcano park was above and beyond expectations - we saw parts of Lanzarote we would never have seen without an expert guide.
The e-bikes are high quality, and along with personalised handling guidance that allows for physical strain on the rugged terrain, the well-planned tour route around stunning views of craters, lava fields, dramatic landscapes and fauna was an exhilarating and unforgettable experience.
Nacho’s evident expertise and passion for Lanzarote’s geology and history is shown by engaging explanations with details that brought the panoramic volcanic terrain to life, making each stop along the way insightful and captivating.
An added bonus included in the cost, is Nachos quality video, which captures the character of the adventure.
Overall, this tour perfectly blends adventure nature and education. Highly recommended.

Active, Unique, Inspiring - What an exciting and informative experience this e-bike tour was. Nacho was a fabulous guide, who was so knowledgeable and kind. He provided the bike and all of the equipment necessary for the ride. We explored locations which were remote, giving a unique insight into the rugged beauty of the park. Nacho was so knowledgeable on the terrain and volcanoes and mountains in the area. He also used his phone and GoPro to provide photos and videos of incredible moments along the way. I recommend this tour wholeheartedly. Be ready for an active and inspiring experience!

A holiday highlight - It was a real holiday highlight to cycle through the volcanoes and see parts of Lanzarote I'd not seen before. Nacho is a great tour guide and taught me lots of things about the area we explored and I learned a few new useful things for cycling off road (I'm not a regular cyclist). Once I got to grips with the bike and cycling through the volcanic ash pools I felt quite confident in zooming around with a lot of help for the electric assistance. The photos Nacho took and sent me are a wonderful memory of the day.

Amazing value, unique way to explore volcanic sites - This was definitely a unique experience in a more intimate sized group. I'm not a strong cyclist, and using the ebike was easy.
The tour was about 4 hours, and Nacho took us around to plenty of cool volcanic sites and high viewpoints, travelling via road and off-road.
A couple days after the tour, I received great photos and a video that Nacho had edited and put together. So you're not just getting value from the tour on the day, he created a personalised video too. A lovely and hard-working tour guide, thanks for the memories!

Insanely fun! - The trip was super fun. The organizer Nacho even made a change in the schedule because we had already visited some locations, great guy! The bicycles loaned were of good quality and the information about the island was very interesting. I can really recommend this tour for a limited group. Very successful!!!

Volcanoes up Close! - We had a great time with Nacho exploring the volcanic areas on a mountain bike (e-bike). You drive through and around so many beautiful, fascinating areas, but the chance to get up-close for 3+ hrs was wonderful. Nacho is very experienced and skilled, and took good care of us. We did 2 stops to walk up/in volcanoes which was really cool. If you are looking for a real experience that will leave a strong impression, give this a try!! Nacho takes lots of pictures and videos for you.

Super Experience - Very beautiful experience, it has been an incredibile tour around the volcanoes.

Guide was a no-show - We booked this bike tour through TripAdvisor a couple of months in advance of our holiday. At the time we received confirmation emails and tickets, and subsequently reminder emails. However, when we arrived on the day, the guide did not show up.
We contacted him using the number provided and he didn’t answer the phone calls, but did respond to WhatsApp messages. He said he had not received the booking from TripAdvisor. He did offer to reschedule for the next day but unfortunately it was the last day of our holiday and we were sceptical about making the journey to Costa Teguise again in case he didn’t show up.
We hope this was a genuine mistake, but if you’re looking at booking this yourself, we’d recommend contacting the company directly to confirm the date and time.
Also worth noting that the pickup location is a bike store in Costa Teguise, but the tour isn’t affiliated with that shop.
