The place of the immersion will be either one or the other depending on the weather conditions
Baptism will be done alongside a guide who will explain every step to you and will help you with anything you need
Once there, there will be a 10-minute training and then a 45-minute fun underwater.
You can do this activity in the morning (09:00) or in the afternoon (15:00).
Participants must be at least 10 years old.
• You will reach a maximum depth of 6 meters.
• You don’t have to be a great swimmer in order to do this activity.
• You will get a 10-minute training session before going underwater.
• Immersion will be 45 minutes long

Fun, safe and definitely recommended - The staff made me feel comfortable and safe. I picked the introductory dive as it was 21 years since did my paddy and hadnt been in since! The facilitators tecomeded i do my paddy refresher, which ill do when im back in February. It was such good fun. A beautiful place too. Definitely recommended.
