Great experience! - This tour was awesome! Alex our guide was simply amazing and so knowledgeable about everything. I loved his stories that he told and the information he had about the Rock of Cashel and the Blarney Castle. I enjoyed that he gave everyone an option to stay at the Blarney or go to Cork since there was so many tour buses. My husband and I, opted to stay in Blarney so we could kiss the stone which was worth doing at least once. Overall wonderful tour. As Alex says, great craic tour!

Frank is the man! Amazing first tour to kick off my recent trip - Our recent guided tour from Dublin was absolutely top-notch, and a big reason for that was our amazing guide Frank. This guy was a world-class storyteller. He mixed tales from his own life with the rich history of Ireland, and it was completely captivating to listen to during our bus rides. Frank's warmth and humor made the whole trip a blast, and his stories even left me in awe (and admittedly a little misty) at certain points. Our first stop, the Rock of Cashel, was like stepping into a whole new world. It was the perfect way to start our adventure, setting the tone for our unforgettable week. Cork seemed like a pretty cool city, but time constraints limited our exploration. I'm glad I got to see a little bit of it at lunch, and I will definitely want to travel there again. However, the highlight of the tour was undoubtedly Blarney Castle. The castle grounds surrounding it were gorgeous. Honestly, kissing the Blarney Stone wasn't even on my radar before the trip. But after all the travelling involved just to get to Ireland, when I stepped off the bus I was determined not to miss out. I highly recommend this tour, it was a major highlight of my whole trip to Ireland.

Beautiful sights! - We had a lot of fun. This was an all day tour and we got to see a lot of cool things. The timings were different and there was a lot of time on the bus but it was still a fun day!

Usually don’t like big bus tours- but paddywagon rocks!! - Amazing! Richard was SUCH an awesome tour guide! He was super fun, told great stories and jokes, explained the history in a fun way. We normally don’t do big bus tours because they’re not great but we did two days with Paddywagon and loved it. Thank you so much!

Well kiss my…. stone! - We have been on holiday for a week and my only regret is that we didn’t find Richard O’Brien sooner. The gent is top notch and full of history. He laid out the rules for an amazing day - Don’t be late! He will respect your time and get you where you need to go. Booking a trip with Paddywaggon tours is highly recommended, but Richard makes it amazing.

Great Guide- beautiful country - We very much enjoyed our Driver. Ryan and in particular his knowledge of Irish history that he shared with us. The castles were most interesting but the beautiful countryside was our highlight.

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Communication, But an Outstanding Guide - I want to preface this review by saying it does not reflect our guide, Brian, who was absolutely fantastic. He deserves 5/5 stars for his knowledge, enthusiasm, and the way he shared Irish history with us. Brian truly made the most out of a disappointing situation, and if the trip had lived up to what was advertised, this would have easily been a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the trip did not measure up. First, the Wi-Fi, which was advertised as available, was completely non-functional. We found out later that this wasn’t a temporary issue but has been a problem across all fleets as they search for a new provider. This was frustrating, especially since it wasn’t mentioned anywhere before the trip. The timing of the trip was also significantly off, and we weren’t notified of any changes until we were already on the bus. The schedule on the website wasn’t updated, nor was this mentioned in our reminder email, which made the whole experience feel like a bait and switch. At the Rock of Cashel and Cork, we were only given half the time originally promised. The quick photo stop on the side of the road at Cashel felt unnecessary and could have saved time that we could’ve spent exploring the site itself. Cork felt more like a quick, easy stop rather than a meaningful visit, and it would have been much better if we had time to grab lunch there. In summary, while Brian’s guiding was exceptional, the overall trip was a letdown due to poor communication and misleading advertising. With some updates and honesty about what’s being offered, this could be a great experience.
