Great - For the price, it's amazing. We stayed in Dublin so to go across the country was worth it in the short stay we had. Cliffs are definitely worth checking out and Galway was a great addition. Our guide, Leondre, was great. Lots of info without being overwhelming. Bus ride is long but worth it.

Great guide - The cliffs are astonishing! Sergio was a great guide, very knowledgeable and who knows how to balance being present for tourists but also leaving them alone enough so they don't feel overwhelmed. Totally recommended!

With guidance but as if we were without guidance - The incredible Cliffs, but the ride was very heavy, long and boring. Our guide Margarita very poor.. with boring data, I was reading.. everyone on the bus was asleep.. it was like going without a guide.. it made our excursion a bad experience.. to leave at 7 and come back at 8 at night and have been only 1h30 min on the cliffs.. 13 hours just for the cliffs is not worth it. With a better guide it would have been a different experience. Repeat but with a different guide interested in the group

Bad guide - Many very boring bus hours with a very bad ‘daisy’ guide. We booked the tour in SPANISH, however it did more explaining in English than in Spanish. His explanations were few and not interesting, very boring... it seemed that he was reading a guide instead of explaining things... in Galway when we got off the bus, having to wait for everyone to get off we were late... when we were on the street he had already left without waiting for us and we did not know how long we had or the meeting point. Nothing. I called the supplier 5 times and the mailbox was jumping..lucky that after 1 hour we saw a couple of the group and asked..the guide did not even notice..a very bad guide.. We believe that Ireland has many interesting things to explain and this person makes so many hours by bus very heavy and eternal.

Heavy ride, bad bus, no explanations and a guide that was like no guide - We booked and toured Moher Cliffs + Galway on 12/29/2024. First of all, our guide Victor did not speak English so it has been quite poor... in Spanish, there have been almost no explanations and the guide tried or directly stopped every time he tried to string together some sentence/explanation somewhat more extensive. Your tour has been limited to explaining the bus time we had or the free time we had with explanations cut short and poor again. People laughed at the absurd and surreal situation. On the other hand, on the bus it was very hot and on one of the trips we stopped 3 times because of this issue... something that has caused us to lose almost 1h more on the bus and has taken time to visit Galway. In short, a tour with a lot of control, poor, without explanations and empty for the price we have paid. We would like to receive an explanation or a partial refund, because the price does not correspond to what we have experienced today. You can ask the other attendees and you will see that the opinions are the same or very similar. Finally, we have contacted to file a claim and expose the situation experienced and your response has been that very well but no apologies, no explanations or bonus for another tour or partial refund. We have insisted again and HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED ANYMORE. Dismal customer service and a justified claim.

In Dublin without cliffs - I hired the cliff excursion. That morning the national park had been closed by strong gusts of wind, but they were supposed to open at noon. Eventually they didn't open, we had to go back and instead of going straight back to Dublin the driver gave him to do 100 km extra without any explanation and to stop at gas stations. We were locked in a coach for 8 hours, one day lost. They didn't manage well.
